Great place with a very professional staff. The hotel provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is accessible for people with disabilities, including the outdoor pool on the top floor. There is a small and lovely beach right in front of the hotel, and sunbeds are reserved for hotel guests until 10:00/10:30. However, since the beach is public, you will need to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas. You can conveniently rent a car directly from the hotel without any deposit required. The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area, making it the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation. For those looking for more activity, Paguera is just a 15-20 minute walk away. Additionally, the hotel offers free shuttle rides to and from the city four times a day. Palma is also easily accessible, just a 30-minute drive away.

The hotel is in a perfect location for a relaxing holiday. We arrived completely shattered from a 3hr transfer [thank you Easyjet and other airlines that make you wait for other flights to land so they can fill the coach] that should have been 40 minutes .It actually took an hour longer to get from Palma airport to the hotel than it did to fly from Luton to Majorca ! Dropped off the cases in our room and went straight to the restaurant. The restaurant is lovely. No problem getting a table and a good choice of foods for all tastes. Only fault here is that the food, though constantly replenished was;nt hot enough for me. Also not all the food is clearly labelled as to what it is. Our room was in block 3 overlooking the pool and the bay and a lovely view it was. Again the only problem for us was that it was right overlooking the daytime entertainment and was very noisy in the evening / night entertainment. We simply adjusted our bedtime to suit as it all stops at midnight sharp. So not a big problem really. We spent lots of time round the pool enjoying the drinks and snacks whenever we liked. Had fun every morning watching the people who save the sunbeds. Same people. Same beds every morning then off they go for breakfast and disappear for most of the morning while still having a sunbed reserved for when they bother to return. Bloody annoying but there are plenty of available beds. The hotel is kept very clean indeed. The rooms cleaned every day and towels replaced as required. The bay is down a little path and you are there on the beach and off you go. The water is beautifully clear and there are plenty of fish out there to watch when you snorkel. For me, it was perfect. You do need to go out to chest height before the water clears enough to see any distance. The hotel entertainment team are incredibly hard working from 10am right through to midnight. Always nice and polite, trying to get you to join in but never pushy. We attempted Archery and Petank. Wer'nt very good at either but had a laugh. There isn't very much at all outside of the hotel. A small supermarket 100 yards from the entrance [the hotel has its own small one too.] On the other side of the bay there are some steep steps that bring you out to a couple of bars and supermarkets. Also if you want to walk to Magaluf then at the top of those steps turn right and that is the way to walk. The hotel are willing to ring a taxi for you it was 7 Euros to Magaluf and 6 to return. Our ride there was nice and gentle but we had sir Lewis of Hamilton as out return driver. ”Interesting” !! Would we stay here again ? Yes because of the hotel and the bay but No because there were no places to just go for a nice long walk without having to go up and down some very steep hills.

We stayed for a week at the end of August and enjoyed our stay. Overall the resort was well kept and maintained and convenient as Magaluf is 5-10 mins walk from the hotel and beach the same. It’s quicker to go to the beach through the steps on the left side of the hotel. Beach was safe and water was clear. Lots of restaurants near the beach. 30 mins from the airport and around 45 mins on the A11 airport bus. The waterpark was a hit with the kids and adults too. The water in the pool was colder than the sea but in the heat was very refreshing. Room was clean albeit a bit small for four of us. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was spacious. There’s a small fridge in the room. Can request vanity kit, toothbrush etc through my the Melia app. Safe was free. However, there wasn’t a clothes drying line so difficult to dry the swimwear and towels. Air conditioning works well, very cooling during the day, in fact we had to sleep with a duvet as it’s too cold at night! Lifts were slow so often we took the stairs. If you have problems going up/down the stairs request a lower floor. Food was a hit and miss, we stayed at a 3 star resort in Cala D’or prior to this hotel and I have to say the food at this hotel was below my expectations although the hotel was more superior. The food on offer was of good quality and variety but the execution/cooking was off - the paella was always burnt, churros were chewy and overcooked, the rice was undercooked at times and some of the food on offer was bland and tasteless. Information on ingredients can be amiss. If you have allergy please be careful. Luckily the desserts were okay. It was a busy period when we were there and food weren’t replenished quickly enough. The restaurant can be chaotic at times. Staff was friendly and always helpful. On our last day, we used the locker room and shower facilities - shower facilities was spacious and clean with clean towels provided.

We booked a Comfort Side Sea view room. The room was very good size and standard but the location was disappointing. Most rooms have full or side sea outlook over the hotel pool or Romano beach which is very nice. Our room 51 was one of only about ten rooms low on the side facing Toro beach and the adjacent hotel Vibra next door and their pool area. It appears to be very popular with younger guests who can still party at 6am, oh to be young again. Our room had lift free access from the bar area but the rooms below have access by stairs only ….. no lift! I raised this with the management via a request for feedback on day 2 of our stay but had no response. In all respects we would be happy to return as the hotel is very good in all respects but know that we could easily be put in an even worse room, as we travelled with jet2.com a new customer and we were almost the only guests from UK, we assume they get the worst rooms. We had booked our holiday in January 24 so we did not need to be squeezed in at the last moment.

We had a nice week but many aspects of this hotel should have been better. Service was generally slow,mainly ignored on entering restaurants and left standing (especially first day - not very welcoming) staff visually unhappy and grumpy (small handful v friendly) Kids club very poor. No signing in out procedures. No engagement from staff member with children. I brought to attention of reception who assured it was because normal staff was on holiday and would change the next day. I returned the next day, I received a smile on this occasion but was still told there were no signing in and out procedures. No assistance at all with leaving child. Very poor. Had to ask several times for certain requests, some were resolved/actioned. Some were not. Food was mainly very good. Pizzas not great quality and too big for children. Did not dine in fine dining as had a young child with us but was told by others service was incredibly slow in there. Overall disappointing service throughout but it didn’t spoil our week.

We used this hotel as a base for exploring the west coast of Mallorca on our motorbike. We had a good size room overlooking the pool with a comfortable bed and a nice sized bathroom. They even suggested parking our bike in the garage, which was nice. We stayed half board and found the food choice to be good for both breakfast and dinner, even providing an early breakfast on the day we left. All the staff were very friendly and helpful
