Hotel terbaik di Llucmajor

Good all round service and property and grounds. It would be great if the cost of food items was kept more affordable in the onsite shop, and if there was a bigger selection of well known international products as well as essentials such as soap. The location is a bit remote, a free or low cost shuttle service, in the busy months, would really be useful to Palma and local beaches. Better and wider choice of food to cater for international cliental at the restaurant La Terresa. These minor changes would make the place far more appealing, add wow factor and make people return year after year.

Been home a couple of weeks now. This was our second time to Zoetry Mallorca. It is a 5* hotel but has sold its sole to a fine dining restaurant. If you are listening Zoetry you need to make better use of your wonderful resources. You cannot expect guests to use the pool bar for dinner just because you have released your best space to a fine dining experience. That is just NOT good enough. What happens when it rains? And it rained twice during our stay in August / September. You have plenty of space to create another superb dining area. For example, the huge bar area is very close to the kitchen. Also maybe make more use of the magnificent windmill area. As for our stay, it was amazing, thank you everyone. The staff are the best. Because the location is very rural, recruitment is difficult. But the staff they have are exceptional. To mention a few names... Sally and Francesca in the dining areas were first class. Also Micheal on reception. We will be back. Also for anyone visiting the hotel, the vineyard next door is a superb half day experience.

Das Hotel wurde sehr schön renoviert. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr gross, bieten jedoch allen Komfort. Die Zimmer sind hübsch gestaltet. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gross, hat aber viel Potential zur Verschönerung. Im gesamten entspricht das Hotel einem 4*-Hotel. Perfekt zum Golfen, schnell in den Pool springen und wieder golfen gehen. Die Übernachtungspreise sind sehr fair.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everything from the start was done to make us feel very welcome. The place is decorated and built with a lot of tastes and it’s location is second to none as you’re nestled between beautiful mountains. The room is incredibly modern ( yet in a very old building and looks amazing) we took parting in the Olive oil visit and tasting menu by a great chef and it is amazing value for money and an Amazing experience. Here are a few things I think the hotel should improve on : - extraction needs to be working in the bathroom as the room can get very humid and stuffy quickly - I would also look into providing a small fan for the guests as even in the winter the room gets around 24 degrees at night and it gets stuffy and hot really quickly Will recommend this place and I hope to come back

ok so we booked this 2 star hotel with some holiday compensation we got for a flight delay so were not expecting great things,i was surprised on arrival at many things,the place is really clean, the rooms were very clean the bathroom recently refurbed, there is hairdryer and shampoo and handwash supplied, fresh towels and bed made daily, breakfast is 6 euros, theres plenty cereals breads, cold meats fruit, toast eggs bacon etc etc a really good price for all they have on offer, there are vending machines with snacks and a lovely pool bar with several large comfy sofas, 2 euros for a can of cola which is cheaper than the local shop, they have an iron you can borrow( no charge) there is a very clean shower room for when you have to check out of your room,the staff couldnt be any more helpful, the pool gets the sun from about 1pm but it wasnt too cold before this time, there are only about 7 sunbeds but the pool was never busy, there are tables and chairs round pool area and some rattan furniture also so plenty of seating options, theres a supermarket a few meters along the road for supplies, theres great air con in the rooms but this heats your balcony area up greatly making it not great to sit out on if the other person is inside with the air con on, the only thing that i personally think could improve your stay would be a small fridge in the room for drinks, the hotel caters mainly for dutch and germans,we were the only brits, and it does have a younger clientel but there was no niose, no rowdy behaviour in the time we were there, so all in all a very ncie surprise given how cheap the place was,

Très bel hôtel, les équipements sont incroyable notamment le spa et le sauna. Cependant il y’a des problèmes d’insonorisation c’est le seul soucis

Hotel a conduzione familiare dal design moderno, le camere sono ben arredate così come i bagni. Il problema sta nella sporcizia. Veniamo informati che le pulizie si effettuano ogni due giorni, e ci può stare, ma le lenzuola trovate macchiate al nostro arrivo non sono state sostituite con la pulizia della camera ma è stato solo rifatto il letto. Polvere ovunque, perfino sopra ai comodini residui di campioni monouso di sapone in doccia risalenti all’ospite precedente, soffione della doccia con residui preistorici di calcare, frigobar (che non raffredda) con all’interno una sorta di muffa/liquido che da chissà quanto tempo era la. Un vero peccato anche perché l’hotel ha una buona posizione, strategica per poter raggiungere diverse mete nell’isola. Viste le condizioni igieniche purtroppo non posso fare altro che sconsigliare il soggiorno.
