Ponía que había internet en todo el hotel y no es así, por no haber no había ni en recepción, reclamamos varias veces y no sirvió para nada, la chica de la mañana aún nos decía que lo miraban para solucionarlo, aunque eso nunca pasó, pero el de la noche, directamente que bajásemos si queríamos usarlo, aunque como digo tampoco funcionaba, si sólo estás de vacaciones me imagino que no será importante, pero si tienes que realizar tramitaciones de trabajo como nos pasaba a nosotros, es un gran problema ya que en la habitación, nuestra compañía tampoco tenía mucha cobertura y teníamos que salir a los bares de los alrededores para realizarlas

My husband booked this hotel for a weekend as we had been away for a weekend in Rome, on arrival we parked and went up to check in, not sure if the reception person was new but he didn’t seem to know what he was doing and it took ages, we went to the room which didn’t look like photos, the balcony was filthy and was the furniture on it, the room was old and needed painting and general tidy, hardly any of the tv stations worked only a handful of Spanish but not even bbc world, unpacked went for a drink, stood for ages receptionist came over gave order he wandered off and started checking some builders in so we were just stood there for ages. Eventually for a drink from a girl who also didn’t seem to know where anything was. Had a drink and went to our room with a pizza! Next morning went for breakfast same situation no hot water so I could get tea, women had no clue, we’ve used your hotel a lot in spain so this was very disappointing especially as it was Valentine’s Day

Tengo q decir de este hotel q desde el primer momento hemos estado super bien atendidos por todo el personal y ha superado con creces todas nuestras expectativas. Fuimos 3 días, y aunque tardaron en darnos la habitación, tanto la piscina como el restaurante hicieron q estuviéramos en la gloria. Piscina super-super limpia, jardines cuidadisimos, y comida excelente, gran variedad de platos y también pensando en los más pequeños,postres exquisitos y caseros y todo el personal de 10. La habitación muy amplia, reformada y con todo lo necesario, incluso alzador para los más pequeños en el lavabo. La nuestra estaba en la segunda planta y tenía vistas a la piscina y la playa. También había animación infantil, sin duda repetiremos este hotel y lo recomiendo. Lo único q no me gustó es q la piscina cerrará de 15:00 a 16:00h. Creo q eso se podría resolver....

We stayed at the Hotel Baru for one night en route from Andalusia to France. This is the loveliest of hotels where you are made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive until the day you depart. We travelled with our 8 year old Labrador, who is happy to report exceptional service and rates the hotel in his top 3 stays ever!! As for the humans we couldn’t fault it. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. We stayed in Room 5 which gave us easy access to the car park and a walking route for our dog . Dinner (buffet) and breakfast were excellent. The staff were attentive and helpful to all our needs. In short this hotel was exceptionally comfortable, excellent value for money and a fantastic place to stay if you are travelling with a four legged furry friend! Dogs are very very welcome! Thank you to all at Hotel Baru !

Un hotel sencillo pero muy limpio , muy cerca del centro . Muy curiosa la forma De Hacer el checking con una máquina, si llegas cuando han cerrado la recepción . De todas formas es Muy intuitiva , y hay un seguimiento con las chicas de recepción por si tuvieras dudas. Tuvimos suerte a la hora de aparcar , sin duda la próxima vez que pasemos me decantaré por el mismo hotel

La habitación cuádruple es amplia y el baño es moderno, aunque con bañera que resbalaba y el techo estaba descorchado. Ventana con vistas a patio pero para una noche no nos ha importado. Tenía minibar que para meter unas aguas viene bien. Mención aparte la cena. Pensábamos que era buffet, pero no. Servicio malo, no sabían lo que nos entraba con la media pensión. Era primera hora y faltaban platos del menú. La bebida como en algunos sitios no está incluida. El camarero que nos cobró no fue muy simpatico y la chica que nos sirvió estaba un poco perdida, quizas era su primer día. Menos mal que a la mañana siguiente en el desayuno nos recibió un señor muy amable, además los camareros eran muy eficientes y simpaticos, así que nos llevamos mejor sabor de boca. El buffet del desayuno muy completo. Desde el hotel a Valencia capital se tardan unos quince minutos.

He reservado este hotel porque se veía bien en las fotos y era todo una estafa , la habitación súper incomoda y en mal estado, la cama súper pequeña y había pedido de matrimonio , había pagado servicio bufet y había un menú súper pobre y además el mismo menú de comida y cena para todos los días , estaba lleno de cucarachas . El la recepción de este hotel no había nadie que te recibiera tenias que ir al ronda dos que estaba al otro extremo de la acera , y lo peor de todo que por el mismo precio que ellos están cobrando por un hotel de dos estrellas se pueden encontrar cosas mucho mejores condiciones . Es una pena y el mal momento que nadie te quita porque vas con ideas de disfrutar con tu pareja y lo que haces es expresarte. Ni agua te ponen en la habitación. El plato de ducha está tan malo que te destrosas los pies si te bañas descalso. La recepcionista que te atiende en el hotel de la misma cadena es incapaz de resolver cualquier incidencia o problema simplemente te dice que el equipo que se ocupa de eso se marchan a las 2pm el aire ni servia
