Hotel terbaik di Toledo

The bed was comfortable and the fridge in the room was useful. It was just unfortunate there was building work going on next door and they started promptly at 8am! The sky bar was lovely, if a little pricey. It was lovely to be able sit up there and enjoy a drink with friends. The seats and cushions are synthetic so take a towel or something to sit on as not pleasant at this time of year with the heat. It was nice that there was hot and cold breakfast available.

This hotel was booked based on the beautiful photos on it’s website and many of the reviews, however it was disappointing. The hotel itself has incredible views and grounds, but that is about it. We arrived on Monday 20th September in the evening. When making the booking we checked that the restaurant would be open, which it stated it would be until October. That was not the case. The young chap on the reception desk was very unhelpful and abrupt and said we would have to go into the city of Toledo if we wanted to eat. We walked into Toledo, which took around 30 minutes and eventually found somewhere. The hotel offered no map of the city and couldn’t recommend anywhere that was open on a Monday. Our room had a balcony and a lovely view, but that is all. The bathroom was dated and not very clean and the bed was average, comfort-wise. We had breakfast the following morning - it was basic and not at all memorable. Overall, this hotel looks amazing in photos, but that is about all. I would not stay there again.

We stayed for 2 nights in June & generally enjoyed our stay, as the staff were friendly & helpful & the hotel was clean & well maintained. I had asked & paid extra for a room with a city view, however the first room only had a partial city view & when I complained, was advised that another room was not available, however there would be the next day. So the next day we moved, for one night. We paid extra for breakfast on the first day, but it was fairly basic & therefore didn't bother on the next day. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant only seemed to be open on weekends & the few other restaurants in the area seemed to be shut in the week too. There is a bus, once an hour, into the city, about a ten minute downhill walk away, otherwise it's a €10 taxi into the city. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff is really nice, good location but not free parking. Apartment included bread, juice and ham in fridge is free of charge. Good facility but no lifts.

Limpieza muy deficiente, debajo de la cama no habían limpiado hacia mucho tiempo había una capa de polvo impresionante, cubrecamas sucios i con agujeros de cigarrillos. Habitación pequeña con una ventana al pequeño patio de luces, desperfectos varios en esquinas y baldosas, las cortinas de la bañera eran cortas i no cogían todo el perímetro tienes que ducharte con mucho cuidado para no dejar el cuarto de baño inundado. El desayuno nefasto, el café con leche malísimo, el poco embutidos que había de muy mala calidad así como los zumos de frutas, el último día todo y teniéndolo pagado, nos fuimos a desayunar fuera. Recepción sin apenas información, folletos, propuestas de visitas interesantes. El personal de recepción es amable y correcto. La ubicación es muy buena No es un hotel a la altura de las 3 estrellas que tiene

Room is clean and spacious. Staffs were Polite and accommodating. Location is very convenient and the view from our room was spectacular

Nice location. Pretty hotel. Good service with helpful reception staff. Could be improved with better cleaning in the room and a fresher smell. Prices become indecent around summer, same as every big city in Spain. However it’s certainly not worth the price paid.

What a wonderful hotel. Created from 7 medieval houses, as you walk through you can see in the undercroft cisterns and other archaeological remains. Staff at reception were very helpful, providing map and suggestions on best things to see and do. Our room with a small terrace was a good size with an incredibly comfortable bed. The room was well furnished with a kettle, a coffee maker, robes and plenty of storage space. Our terrace had two chairs and a lovely view over the town and the hills in the distance. Bath had a monsoon shower over it and good quality toiletries. Breakfast was extra but was of a very high quality with a huge choice of breads, meats, cheese, salads as well as hot food. We didn't use the spa, too busy sightseeing. All in all a superb stay and value for money too. I would recommend that anyone with reduced mobility or with lots of luggage should contact the hotel when booking as the entrance is down a steep, very narrow road that taxis cannot enter, so have to stop outside the cathedral about 50 meters away.

Buen hotel situado dentro de las murallas de Toledo, con acceso en coche muy fácil, parking que puedes reservar al llegar (sujeto a disponibilidad). La habitación que nos dieron era amplia y la limpieza un 10. Camas muy cómodas. Sin duda alguna repetiremos.
