PPengguna TetamuNice place to stay with easy access to amenities and holiday activities. Breakfast spread is good and facilities are well upkeep. Room price is on the expensive side with limited availability. Due to the placement of the rooms, it might be challenging for some people, especially older folks, to move from reception to their rooms to carry their baggage. There are no WiFi, TV, fridge, or desk phone in certain rooms. Most likely a one-time experience to stay and that's about it.

CChuyunyinyin這是我本次旅行最愛的酒店，沒有之一。雖然外面冰天雪地，但酒店餐廳和房間都非常温暖，餐廳裏還燒着暖烘烘的壁爐。餐廳早晚自助很好吃，晚餐實現了馬卡龍自由，味道不比法國🇫🇷差（從巴黎過來的）。房間裏空間比較寬敞，晚上躺在床上看極光太舒適浪漫了！森林環繞的寧靜小木屋，治癒人心。唯一有點麻煩就是浴室熱水15分鐘洗一波，帶孩子就要掐着時間洗。這次去處於極光大爆發，每天晚上都在床上欣賞接連不斷的極光，直至沉沉睡去……老公興奮地屋裡屋外地拍攝，也很方便。太愛這裏了！

Henkilökunta oli ihanan ystävällistä ja ravintola tasokas. Huone uusi, siisti, pieni ja ilmanvaihto huono (kuuma) oli pakko avata ikkuna. Jonkinlainen taso sängynpäätyyn olisi hyvä

I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM.
So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it?
Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card.
So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

HHo Yu CHANThe bedliner is little bit dirty . No wifi all around . We had an accident in which we are locked outside the room because there is ice stuck inside the lock and we cant open with the key . The staff is very friendly and helpful to help us open the door with some lub . The room is very darkly lit .
In summer it is renowned for gold panning . However in winter you can only do it outdoors .
The hotel Restaurants are very great .

PPengguna TetamuStaffs are kind and good at English so I didn't have any difficulty of communication. I recommend to buy a spa included ticket and enjoy the Finnish sauna. For the foods, you have to pay for the dinner buffet but the quality is really good. It was worth every penny. There was nothing inconvenient at all. If I had to pick one, there were no amenities in the bathroom only except soap.

Two room booking, but one was charged an extra €150 for another day extension. Since no such request was made, we refused to pay. Problem source was never identified, but we finally got our room keys.
Block 800 was fine, but block 900 had a strange smell. Room was compact and tidy. TV wasn’t working due to snow interference. It was a choice of TV or kettle, as using same outlet, so can’t watch TV if boiling water.
Tiny shower area, so water is everywhere on toilet floor. Also it slopes towards drainage, so steady balance is necessary on slippery wet floor to avoid fall.
Breakfast was at cosy restaurant, where service is pleasant. Inn is located at a great spot, convenient and easily accessible to most places. Nearby pub is perfect for quick drink & snooze. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

LLINGINBOThe service here is quite good, the staff in the recee will give you some useful advice if you ask, room is really awesome, geting a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast is also good.

PPengguna TetamuPeace and Quite resort, the dinner in clouded is good. The only problem I have is the Shower is not in the room, I understand the room is small and it could not fit a shower in, but at least they could make the shower more accessible. I have to walk around 200m in the morning and night in the middle of winter just to take a shower, so inconvenient.
