Hotel terbaik di Marseille

We stayed here for 2 weeks in August. Pros - the location is amazing - literally 14mins drive to Marseille. The car park is very spacious and free to use. The pool is very well maintained, clean and nice to use, pool towels provided from reception free of charge to use and return. The staff at breakfast are very friendly and the range is quite nice. Cons - it took 9 days from us reporting the fridge in our room not working for them bringing us one from a different room. The air conditioning barely works and the room was so warm! The staff on reception speak very limited English so often it is difficult to communicate if there are any issues. Although the breakfast provided is quite nice, it is poorly managed as things often run out (juice, bread, fruit) and either not topped up or often warm. The room we stayed in was clean but very old looking and not the typical Novotel style you would expect. The sink leaked our entire stay, often towels and toilet rolls were not replenished by the cleaning staff.

L’hôtel est bien situé, dans le 7eme arrondis*****t de M****ille, proche de la route de la corniche, au calme et dans un voisinage très paisible, loin de l’agitation du centre-ville. J’ai eu une très belle chambre, j’ai été surclassé dans une grande chambre dans laquelle il y a tous les équipements pour passer un bon séjour : machine à café, baignoire, échantillon de produits de toilette de la marque Nuxe etc... Il y a une piscine extérieure qui est grande et dans laquelle on peut bien se reposer. C’est un hôtel parfait pour passer un séjour au calme dans la ville de M****ille.

A s shown on apartment city review. 3 problems ici, Un, le boite de securite ne marche pas. Deux, les couvertures de la climitisation (A/C) sont ouvert. Un ou deux de mes amis n'a pas A/C qui marche. Trois, j'ai requeste 5 nuits mais l'hotl m'a offrit 4 nuits. Sur ma dernier jour, a la derniere heure, le boss (ou maman) m'a offrit un nuit addiionel! Mais j'ai reserve deux nuits avant j'arrive a un autre place et ca me coute de canceller. Donc je suis separe de mes amis pour le dernier jour.

Awful! Late arrival to the hotel, reception was unmanned, after ringing the bell I was informed I had to wait for the receptionist. (20) minute wait after 14+ hrs of travel. I eventually got up to my room and grabbed the complimentary bottle of water out of the refrigerator, only to notice the cap had been punctured and had a hole in it. I called and got it changed out. The next morning, I was making coffee in the room. When pouring the boiling water into the mug I was holding, the lid which was broken fell off, pouring boiling water all over my hand. I was in extreme pain, but could get no help from anyone at the hotel. Front desk said they could not leave the desk unmanned to offer me help (strange considering the night before, that was no issue). I asked if she could send someone with ice or something for the burn, and was informed there was no-one to assist and nothing to help me. It took 40 minutes for her to call me back after I insisted she please look for someone to help, and inform me there wasn't anyone. I went down to the restaurant for breakfast and asked again for assistance. It took (3) attempts with the two staff manning the restaurant to explain to them (eventually relying on a translation app) and to convince them to find me some ice. I was told - go find a bag and we'll help you. I got treated like I was mad because I was in tears from pain and frustration. I had to wait till I reached my destination to get medical assistance. I was lucky not to sustain 2nd degree burns. Just awful, awful treatment and service from start to finish.

Chambre propre, mais un peu petite. On n'a apprécié le petit pot de miel dans notre chambre et le distributeur d'eau à la réception ainsi que le jus d'orange frais au petit déjeuner. Attention au manque d'anticipation pour remettre des viennoiseries, pains...en cas de forte affluence. Pour finir hotel bien placé, on y reviendra.

Hotel is simple, walkable distance from the metro, room was small but cleaned every day. They don't have some garbage bin in the room, only in the bath, so we collected plastic bottles and packages in a separate package and left in the corridor. It was cleaned the next day. Shutters at night make it possible to avoid street light in the room. But they don't protect from the noise. It's a busy street hotel is facing. Breakfast is also very ”croissant and coffee” oriented but it's almost everywhere in France the same situation. But dining zone is cosy and relaxed. I had my birthday on the day of arrival. But i didn't get any greeting from the woman at the reception. My passport was checked though. For a hotel it doesn't cost much to pay more attention to details like this. Wi-fi has very stupid and old fashioned way of registering via email. I don't want to reveal my email and get lots of spam afterwards. Can i just get a password? It was anyway slow. I was using mobile internet instead.
