I only stayed one night. The bed was clean and the lobby is very beautiful. The bathroom is large, but I had a little difficulty understanding how the shower works. They don’t offer free towels. They didn’t tell me where the kitchen was or if the offer one at the check-in.
But in general it’s a good place, but the Wifi doesn’t really work, at least inside the shared rooms.

We were staying at Beech Mount Hotel for one night for the football game the following day. The hotel has an excellent location. Will stay there again on my next trip to Liverpool.

With Liverpool being our City of birth, the place was easy for us to find. The receptionist was very welcoming, and gave us all the information we required for our stay, making check in and check out a breeze. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean, and had all the amenities we required for our stay. Having 2 bathrooms was an added bonus. Being in a city centre you can’t avoid a certain amount of outside noise, but it was nothing that earplugs didn’t sort lol There was a takeaway, a restaurant and 2 small general stores within a few minutes walk from the apartment, and we made use of the restaurant and Tesco’s whilst there. All in all it was a fabulous stay, and we would stay again.

Benar-benar menyukai hotel ini, bilik itu indah. Kakitangan benar-benar menjaga kami. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya akan katakan ialah katil kami sangat tidak selesa dan saya tidak mendapat banyak tidur. Tetapi segala-galanya adalah hebat!

The staff were fantastic. Location is top notch if you are an Evertonian. 2 min from the ground. Lots of takeaways along County Road. So no issues with food.

The apartment was great, very spacious and clean. Great set up, the only thing I would've appreciated more is knowing that the reception is at least 5-7mins walk from the apartment. This can be annoying especially for late arrivals.

The location is perfect for solo traveling. Great service. Easy to check in. But remember to bring toothpaste and toothbrush. They don’t provide it.

A fantastic place to stay! Warm, modern and welcoming. All
The staff are lovely and friendly. Our private en suite room and bathroom was spacious, clean and tidy, the reception area modern and welcoming too. Car parking available if you need it. The staff even made us a pizza at 11pm as we arrived back tired, wet and cold from being at the match.
The best bit was the breakfast, it was amazing and in a separate dinjng area. Full choice of traditional hot English breakfast or continental. Fresh coffee and tea and juices too.

GGiani DeClean hotel and accessible to centre. If you’re going to book for Rooftop make sure it’s suite room as the double room wasn’t that nice view in the balcony. Friendly staff in the breakfast area and to the receptionist who assist us 10th July 2024 (Wednesday) at 15:00 he’s approachable and accommodating I forgot his name he has tattoo. But a bit disappointed. Only continental breakfast you can have it if you’re in a hurry. But for hot breakfast you need to order in the menu and that’s the time they prepare it and serve for you I suggest it’s better everything is ready and hotel guest will just get it by themselves. Second one the receptionist who’s on shift at 11th July 2024 at 12:30 in the afternoon wasn’t that nice. it’s 2 ladies receptionist I pass the key on her and she just said thank you. The other lady just look at us without saying Hello. Front-desk receptionist should be accommodating. not even bother to ask us how’s our stay which should be standard to all Hotel service staff. Receptionist are the front one who promote your Business it’s just my opinion Halyard so I think it’s better to inform them.

PPengguna TetamuHighly disappointed as I booked two nights for my mom and her husband who were visiting the UK for the very first time. My mom is the biggest Beatles fan and I was so excited to book this hotel for her. When I booked, I asked for the hotel to make sure to give her a good view on a high floor not knowing there are only 5 floors. I’ve attached a pic of the literally trashy view she had. Now, if this view is the only option on the 5th floor, then an email should have been sent for better views on lower floors. because I did ask for a high floor not knowing what the hotel is like. No wonder the pictures of the hotel and the rooms when booking are not clear.
This hotel is beautiful from the outside but unfortunately the inside is just a regular old hotel with pics of the Beatles scattered around.
If this isn’t bad enough, one of the days they left the hotel without taking a shower because there was no hot water and no warning of it. My mom was polite and kind and told me she had a good time, but that’s only because the hotel is in a good location.
Parking was a headache as there was no clear direction and she was not told about the fee prior to. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
There is a lot of room for improvement here.

PPengguna TetamuCity Studios, Rodney Street, is an excellent location in Liverpool - easily accessible for cultural and city attractions. The system for gaining access to the property worked well, in that the access codes came in good time and were fairly easy to use. The studio was lovely and warm, comfortable and clean, with good kitchen facilities. The only thing wrong was that the shower didn't work, although there was plenty of hot water. As we were only staying one night, we didn't ask for help with this, as we only found out quite late in the evening. If we'd been staying longer, we would have contacted the help number, and I'm sure something would have been done about it. We would use this venue again.

KKennedy83Firstly the bad points-
*The Carpark was full of old furniture from the hotel and empty beer barrier preventing you getting parked,
*The hotel has turned into more of a party venue hotel rather than the beautiful hotel it was when I last came with my daughter 2018.
*tap in the kitchen area in our room only let out hot water and unfortunately the room stunk of what I could only describe as a sewerage smell? Whether the drains needed maintenance I’m not sure but I I just sprayed some deodorant around to help make it not smell quite as bad because I was so tired I didnt want to have to swap rooms.
*There was also no phone to call reception which I found strange and the remote for the tv was missing the back of it.
I put all this bad points down to the fact that when I previously came it was owned by someone who really cared about the maintenance and reputation of the hotel but now I’ve found it’s since been sold it seems the new owner isn’t as bothered and all what the shankley represented before eg, maintenance, luxury, football themed has kind of turned more into a tacky themed hotel and doesn’t feel classy anymore. I’d probably not stay here again as it’s not the same as it was and just the whole feel of hand hotel is different. It’s not the best if you have come with kids as there’s lots of drunken guests in the hotel and it’s noisey but thank goodness it’s a large hotel as you don’t hear the noise from downstairs. We were on level 3.
Our room was lovely and big with a large double bed and 2 twins pushed together, a kitchen area with tea bags and coffee (no biscuits but that didn’t bother us as we had snacks with us
The upsides were-
*Staff were pleasant,
*breakfast was amazing with everything you could possibly as for,
*hotel was mainly quiet on the 3rd floor, room was on the whole clean and had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board with a safe.
* . The bathroom was lovely especially the bath as it was a jacuzzi with a waterfall shower. Everything was clean from what I could see.

Faye upgraded our room my son was over the moon with the facilities.
Faye was manager but also front of house.
Faye ordered our taxi straight to Anfield, Faye also gave us the local taxi number.
The room we had the skyliner had a massive bath that needed filling but only by members of staff. I rang at 00:00 and they filled it for our arrival back at the hotel.
Plenty of towels.
Would definitely recommend to families, singles and couples.

VVadim ZahharovPlace was exactly as advertised. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth staying if your trip is short.
As for downsides, hostel has limited number of bathrooms and showers - this can cause issues if you have to leave quickly. The ventilation in rooms is basically non-existent, and rooms house up to 10 people, so I’ll leave the air quality to your imagination. Sound isolation is not great, so if somebody has a good time in the kitchen you’ll going to hear that. Bring earplugs if you are light sleeper. Cleanliness is subjective, I’m not that picky, but having crumbs in my bed was disconcerting. Some sinks have filters with hair in them. Haven’t seen anything that would be actually harmful like mold or hygiene products, so that is good.
Location is good. Liverpool is not that big and you’ll get to city centre in under an hour even with most leisurely pace. Do visit the cathedral on your way there. I haven’t seen any shops in immediate vicinity though, but I didn’t need them, so maybe you find some if you look. Bus stop for airport is fairly close, so that is a plus as well.
Overall, this is a hostel. You can sleep there, store your stuff and maybe have a chat with interesting people. Price is fair for experience.
