This was the second time we have stayed in this Premier inn and once again we were more than happy with the stay. Room was 202 and it was clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet and the bed was very comfortable with lovely, fresh linen and duvet. Staff were helpful and pleasant and a last minute decision to eat there was a very nice surprise as the food was excellent. Overall I rate this Premier Inn as it was a great price and just round the corner from the Theatre and opposite the train station

Having traveled by train the hotel is superbly located just across the road from the busy Lime Street Station. We were able on foot to enjoy many of the local tourist attractions just by walking pretty much in any direction from the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location very near the train station, staff was always helpful and friendly, the hotel and my room was always very clean and secure. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others and also stay again.

Usual Premier Inn experience overall. Staff were lovely. We booked a Premier Plus room mainly for the coffee machine which turned out to be temperamental and leaked! Only staying one night so didn’t bother complaining. Room too hot as AC wouldn’t go down below 19 degrees so had disturbed sleep. Breakfast was good.

Travelling with a friend with disability and staff went above and beyond. They really were fabulous and very discreet. Can't praise them highly enough. Got us adjoining rooms last minute and also set up another bed in the room for a carer. Felt like dealing with friends not hotel staff

Lost track of how many visits we've had but been coming here from Scotland since it opened .Just returned from 2 enjoyable nights here .Standard room looking over to uni flats which is fine for one or 2 nights but we like to treat ourselves when staying longer to Premier Plus rooms at other side of hotel .Nice to see Fay and her colleagues again who are always friendly ,professional and helpful .Premier Inn must be good at retaining staff as same group been there for a few years now .Everyone makes your visit great from housekeeping and night porters .See you all in August ! Btw Anyone looking for parking ,we use Mount Pleasant up side of Adelphi .Easy to find when driving into Liverpool and £5 for 24hrs
