The owner was really helpful and responded quickly to any messages sent. It's a great location to London center and all surrounding areas. The nearest tube is literally 3 minutes walk on the bakerloo line. The apartment was spacious, good shower, clean. Due to the extreme hot weather,they had 5 fans in the room waiting for us. It's a little dated / worn i.e decor wise, but for the price you can't complain. Would go again

少し問題が発生しましたが悪くない滞在でした。 地上階のシングルルームに宿泊しました。 リネン類は清潔でした。 部屋にタバコのような臭いが染み付いていたことを除けば、悪くない部屋でした。 トイレやシャワールームは共用でしたが、洗面台は室内にあったので、それは便利でした。 問題はホテルのWi-Fiでした。 いくつかの機器をWi-Fi接続したかったのですが、なぜか接続できませんでした。 受付の人のスマートフォンはWi-Fi接続できていたため、私が接続できない原因はよく分かりませんでした。 結局、翌朝になってから突然繋がるようになりました。 それでもたまに繋がらないことがあり、ストレスになりました。 朝食はビュッフェ形式でイングリッシュ・ブレックファストが楽しめました。 ロケーションはバス停から近いです。 ウェンブリー・スタジアムまで徒歩40数分ほどで、歩いても行ける距離です。

Very clean and super friendly staff . The room was lovely and spacious plus had a wardrobe . The bed was super comfy and we had a big bathroom , bath towels and hand towels provided , also shower gel , shampoo and hand wash . I will definitely be back again after fantastic stay

Booked this hotel for my friends to stay at after a concert. Hotel is a good distance away from underground. Only a 4 minute ride on tube to Wembley Park where we went for the concert. Able to request early check in as well. Breakfast isn’t included but you do get a discount voucher for a Wetherspoons down the street from the hotel. Near supermarkets and eating establishments. Checking in was easy and staff were friendly. However, the hotel room wasn’t great. Carpets were not very clean. Dirt marks were visible on the carpet. There were 8 plug sockets in the room and only 2 of them worked. The bathroom is small and does have mould on the walls. Room does get extremely warm even with windows open, you do get given a fan but we couldn’t use this as the only working plug sockets were not in a place where a fan could be plugged in. It is noisy outside but this is no fault of the hotel. If you’re just wanting a place to put your head for a night, then the hotel is fine. If you’re wanting to stay in the hotel for a trip then wouldn’t recommend and may be better to pay but extra for a different hotel.

Excellent newly fitted hotel. Very efficient staff - really nice direct and helpful nature! Hotel room was very good - clean (spotless!), comfy double bed. The shower hot water was very very slow to come - had to run it for 5-10 minutes to get hot water in the morning for a shower. Good when it finally came though. 40 minute walk from Wembley station. 15 mins walk to nearest Tube station. We forgot our toothpaste and they gave us a big tube for free. We also onto paid for one breakfast - when we came to pay for the second breakfast they didn’t want to take any money! Very kind. Generally very friendly and family feel to the hotel. Thank you.

Stayed here for one night. Checkin was fine and staff were nice enough. All was good until I reached my room. At first glance all seemed ok. Very small room which was no bother, but saw the bathroom. I will share a picture so you can decide for yourself. A very large mirror inside the shower wall. 10 on the creepy meter. No chain to pull across at night for added safety, and when I tried to access the WI-FI it said that the WI-FI was unsafe to use. Banging noises most of the night made it impossible to have a decent sleep. Will choose not to stay again. I just didn’t feel safe at all.

lovely place, spacious, well kept and close to the station, the only thing that could improve is the carpet could use a bit of a better clean as it had a couple of small stains.

Very nice property to stay in . The owners couldn't be more helpful they sent me emails explaining everything about how to get into the building and bedroom . The bedroom was extremely clean and spacious with lots of amenities from teas , coffees and milk . My mother really liked the tiles in our bathroom and the shower was so spacious . We experienced a problem with our television but a gentlemen last night to rectify the situation . Nothing is too much of a problem for the staff and everyone Is friendly and extremely helpful .
