Hotel terbaik di Budaors

Very nice stay experience, surprisingly it has a well equipped gym for no reason to skip workout! Free parking! Clean room at detail, overall satisfied, definitely will come back again! Breakfast was acceptable but could be better

This is not a luxury location but a very convenient and confortable one : reservation online, directly at the pension at a very good rate, quick check-in; the location is very quiet (very close to the bus station 8E which goes to the city center, 15 min travel by bus); the rooms are clean (every day cleaning); there are moschito nets so the balcony door can be opened without the fear of getting insects inside; free parking lots inside the garden and in front of the pension, too. If there would be something negative, this would be the toiletries (just soap and toilet paper) and the carpets (recommend droping off them).

Eigentlich wollte ich mit einer Freundin für drei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbringen. Die Lage ist naja, dafür spart man sich aber die Preise der Hotels in der Innenstadt. Die Rezeption war 24/7 besetzt, auch die Frage nach einem Föhn wurde einigermaßen schnell beantwortet, allerdings hat dieser nicht einwandfrei funktioniert. Kurz bevor wir ins Bett gehen wollten bemerkten wir allerdings einen kleinen Käfer auf unserem Bett, den wir ziemlich schnell als Bettwanze identifiziert haben. Mit Fotos ausgestattet sind wir dann gegen 2Uhr nachts zur Rezeption gegangen, die sich auch sofort mehrfach entschuldigte und uns sofort in ein neues Zimmer brachte. Das Zimmer befand sich im Nachbargebäude, bei welchem zusätzlich die Eingangstür nicht abgeschlossen war. Von Paranoia geplagt haben wir auch das neue Zimmer nach Bettwanzen durchsucht und sind leider auch dort fündig geworden. Im Endeffekt haben wir dann die ganze Nacht nicht geschlafen. Wir haben dann am nächsten Tag so schnell wie möglich ausgecheckt, einziger Pluspunkt: die beiden Nächte, die wir eigentlich auch gebucht hatten, wurden uns vollständig (nur in Bar und Forint) zurückerstattet. Beim Auschecken haben wir natürlich auch den zweiten Vorfall mit Bettwanzen gemeldet, allerdings schien kein großes Interesse an dieser Information zu bestehen. Fazit: Nicht empfehlenswert, bitte nicht hier buchen!!!

Great hotel. Design. Location. Air conditioning and heating system. Ventilation. Lighting. Noise insulation. Professional staff. Reception. Cleaning. Snow-white bedding. Comfortable bed and mattress. Delicious breakfast. Parking. Electric car refueling. Room 408. There is no kettle in the room.

Transport infrastructure: Decent. There's are bus stops within 5 mins of the hotel that will grant you swift access to Kelenfold Terminus where you can access pretty much anywhere from. On site parking for multiple vehicles and or coaches.(4/5) Facilities: Good. swimming pool, jacuzzi, bio and Finnis steam rooms. Aromatherapy room, salt cave, hamam style steam room (wasn't working during my visit) infrared sauna. At least 3 squash courts. Weights room with cardio equipment. Lifts. 2 lane bowling alley. A bar (only open from Tuesday to Saturday. Small garden area with a water fountain. Restaurant. (3.5/5) Room: Bad. The bed was comfortable. It was big enough to cope with my size. Room safe and mini bar fridge both present. Very basic toilitress and Rubin branded containers. Shower cubicle. Missing a sealant at the bottom of the glass door. So water floodsthe room everytime you have a shower. Which would then flood into the carpet of the room and leave the place smelling damp. When reported to staff. They offer extra towels and say ”these block the leak use them as it's the same in all of the rooms” can I see another room type please. No (1/5) Staff: Very good and very bad. The room was next door to the housekeepers office which means there was constant footfall and buggy outside at all times. The good thing though is if you need an extra towel or set of bathrobes. Instant replacement. Rooms were turned down daily but not vacuumed daily without a request. Any cutlery you brought from outside of the room was left for you to return yourself. Restaurant staff were polight and patient. Bar staff if you get to meet ”Pieter” (sorry if that's not how you spell your name buddy) he's a really cool guy and into rugby. His English is really good. He has a great sense of humour a d he works hard to keep the vibes going in a great direction. Reception - Daniel was fantastic. He had great local knowledge and stacks if information regarding sightseeing and tourist stuffs. Restaurant: very good. The cooked food was always prepared very well the grilled chicken was almost perfect the risotto was creamey and paired fantastically with a Hungarian white wine. An omelette in the morning is how I test the kitchens and the delivered everytime (not always with the correct ingredients but . . Language barrier maybe?) Cons: The day I booked directly with the hotel for the best deal. I found x2 other sites with better offers. I emailed and no response was received. I had to call them to chase a response after the transfer had been confirmed and evidenced via my bank at which point they confirmed payment had been received. No response to my room queries or dietary requests until after payment had been confirmed. Upon arrival no discussion price variation just a reminder convo regarding room payment triple checked. The night prior to check out. I asked the receptionist if there were outstanding charges and from nowhere there was an additional 6,000 HUF. When the b

A perfect room for our night in Budapest! It was a 10 minute walk from the train station which was awesome after our long travel day. Very clean hotel and big room. Offered luggage storage for after we checked out and then we had the day to explore the city without lugging around suitcases.

Das Zimmer ist für eine Nacht OK, mein Flug wurde verschoben. Badezimmer hat Schimmel an der Decke und die Brausehalterung ist abgebrochen, die Brause lag in der Wanne, also wusste man davon. Teppich voller Flecken. Klimaanlage war sehr laut, wie ein brummender Motor. Beim Frühstück nahm ich ein Croissant, welches innen noch roh war. Der Kaffee war kalt. Einigermassen freundlich, aber kein Deutsch, wie auf der Internetseite steht.

I stayed 2 nights at the Novotel September 2023. Wow. Staff. Service. Rooms. Breakfast. Spectacular. 5 stars for me. And at a 3 star price. I booked online and I was completely satisfied. Ooooo and I enjoyed an excellent on site spa 2 days in a row.
