Was very disappointed with room seemed a bit worn or well lived in, but thankfully we only checked in at 16.30 and checked out 5am following morning. Restaurant service, food, drinks and staff were 100% perfect. Car parking was OK too, really short shuttle ride to airport and only a short wait 15mins for collection back to car. So really only let down for me was the room, I'm guessing if you stayed longer you would get a better class of room? other than that good job and staff are a credit to this hotel

This hotel used to be a Holiday Inn property however Maldron have carried out a major refurbishment. Room was clean and modern. That's the good points. Rule number one for any Airport hotel is that it should be soundproofed from Aircraft noise. The room allocated to me was not ie: Twisted pvc window frame / worn seals prevented the double glazing from doing its job!. Staff working at the Lobby cafe could not understand what I wanted when I tried to order an English Breakfast tea whilst at the same time another staff member berated the two cafe staff workers for using the wrong plates to serve the soup bowls on as there was a shortage of these plates in the kitchen. Paid £150 for one night, hence the one star service rating.....Maldron Management Team please take note! Next time I will give the Maldron a miss and try the Rassison Blu hotel that is literally located across the road.

We had a really great stay here , so close to the airport and the restaraunt food and cocktails were really great. The front counter service was awesome.

Lovely place. Clean and quaint. Very nice restaurant/bar area and nice rooms. No hot water in the morning in one of the rooms however. Good parking. Next to golf club in the countryside so nice fresh air.

We stayed here after a long flight into Dublin Airport and were surprised how close it is to the airport! Less than 10 minute drive to a lovely little town with many nice restaurants and bars. You can also drive into Malahide in less than 10 minute too. The hotel itself was lovely with a large room and nice bathroom. The staff were very friendly and there is parking at the hotel. There is a bar on site so it can be a little loud but there wasn’t noise too late at night so I wouldn’t let this put anyone off staying here

My 4th stay at this hotel and it was fabulous as always. We had a lovely family room with 2 double beds and floor to ceiling windows which was huge! Really comfy beds. Abit warm but we rang for a fan which was bought to us really quickly. The food is so good, I recommend the Chicken Supreme, so good I had it 3 times! Staff are lovely and very helpful. Location is great. Easy walk in to the village and to the castle which I visited for the first time and really enjoyed it. Lovely coastal walks. Easy taxi ride back to the airport, every taxi driver we had during our stay in Dublin was so friendly and informative. I’m sure I will return, just for the chicken supreme!

Very welcoming and spotless guesthouse and excellent location as airport is only a short drive away. We were a small group of 6 and we finished our tour here and spent the last night enjoying Malahide, which itself is worth the visit, so much to offer. Rooms were cozy and clean and place altogether very inviting. If busy Dublin city does not interest you, don't look any further as Malahide has an excellent access to city centre, but also other beautiful seaside towns and could be a perfect base for your trip!

Very dissatisfied with this hotel. We stayed 2 nights end of June - having stayed before 5 years ago we noticed a decline in both cleanliness and service. Bathroom had hair in bath, house keeping not attended to, lack of air conditioning, noise, tv not working, front desk worker screwing his face up when i forgot my room number, bus over packed. But beware upon checking out the woman at desk suggested we had breakfast - we didn’t- she agreed and said she wouldn’t charge. Checking credit card they have indeed charged me for breakfast. I have rung 3 times from Australia, advised eventually to send email, i have sent 4 emails over the past 10 days with no reply. Its not about the money its principal. Its a very average hotel that takes money fraudulently after an agreement was made. Do not bother with hotel!

From booking our stay to checkout, our entire experience was excellent. This is a 4 star, airport hotel, yes... but it's park location, proximity to the city and decor that would be at home in a gorgeous boutique hotel makes for an altogether elevated experience. Nadia could not have done more for us when we called to book and she really set the standard from the get go. Check in was smooth and pleasant and while the room was probably one of the last ones that hasn't been renovated it was huge, clean, comfortable, stylish (maybe very slightly dated) and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, the shower pressure was good and the toiletries were all lovely. The little room snacks were also high quality and very nice. Every other member of staff we interacted with was extremely professional and personable, especially the waiting staff in the bar, where were had 2 very nice coffees. The breakfast was also extremely good and checkout was quick and painless. A taxi to the Grafton St area will set you back about €20 and the number 16 bus goes by, just outside the park very regularly. The parking facilities are excellent and the airport shuttle is incredibly convenient, modern and very clean. It's such a good all rounder. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. I think this is the best value 4 Star in Dublin.
