GGreenAlThe staff was extremely helpful, even the girl behind the counter helped with our luggage. The breakfast bar was beautiful and better than we have seen in any hotel. The room had a nice view of the Sea of Galilee. We wanted to get a quick snack at night and the staff pointed out the places in the area where we could go, then offered to call ahead to see if they could get us a discount for staying at the hotel. We could not have expected better service, in fact they exceeded our expectations in every area.

PPengguna TetamuWas a nice experience overall. Didn't try the food, so can't comment on that. Took a bit long to check in, had a few run-ins with the staff, but enjoyed my stay. A bit pricy, but like the unique style of the hotel. Worth the price in my opinion.

PPengguna TetamuThe Leonardo Club hotel was well located and I was pleased to have a great view of the Sea of Galilee from my window.
The food was in plentiful supply and there was a very good variety including things for vegans and vegetarians.
The room was comfortable and clean.
Service was good although not outstanding as had to ask for my room to be cleaned when it had not been done by 3 pm.
Facilities on offer are good for families.

房間一般般，房鎖是壞的，如果前幾天已經住過其他酒店海景，後幾天可以住這，景觀房就是城景
早餐很多但口感不太好
第二天續住跟服務人員說house keeping他們也沒有
其他服務人員是很和善
