While the service was impeccable and the privacy was unmatched, the hotel's steep prices were a major drawback. The lack of a water cooler or similar facility forced us to purchase bottled water, which added to the overall cost. The overpriced food options also deterred us from dining in. If you're looking for a quiet retreat but are budget-conscious, this hotel might not be the best choice.

The hotel is located quite near to railway station and good restaurants are in vicinity like sunflar and ss dairy. The rooms are good but food quality has disappointed me. Morning breakfast is always delayed.

I always prefer Hotel Surya whenever I have to stay in Kota. I am the regular customer of this Hotel chain from 2014. This hotel accommodation, Service, staff behaviour & Finally Food are very Good. Overall they are providing best service in kota

I had a late check-in but when i tried to inform them or confirm my booking, they responded in a very vague way. Post that in the room i did not get the towel initially, no bucket, no mug and the shower wasn't working. Later they did provide the stuff but it seemed as if they were doing a favor on me by giving these necessities. I'm still receiving the mug. Also the bed quality was pretty average and the window sheets were bad. The only reason for 3 stars would be good food and a couple of good behaving staff.

The hotel is ideally located near business hub. I stayed for business trip and found good place to stay. Rooms and amenities are upto the expectations, homely environment friend staff members with helpful service attitude. A beautiful heritage property in the Heart of Kota. I was more than surprised coming from the hustle bustle of Pune! The surrounding of this place had a calming effect on me coming from a 16 hr drive. The rooms are beautiful and large, very tastefully done. It reflects the efforts and love of owner of this property. Hats off to you sir/mam for putting your heart into the minute details of this home blending the modern with the heritage while not destroying the heritage value of this place. This place makes you feel at home in it’s serenity. You are welcomed with lush green gardens maintained beautifully. A beautiful poolside restaurant that serves authentic food and the variety is amazing. Every room, common areas and inhouse restaurant makes you feel you have gone back a 100 yrs living the life of royals. You are welcomed with the sound of several peacocks that dance in the gardens and their sound is music to your earns. After you are done living experience the royalness of the place you wake up to a simple but sumptuous breakfast which pushes you to the edge of overeating. If I come back to Kota I will not stay anywhere else but Sukhdam Kothi ..!

PPengguna TetamuTotally disappointed, the staff is worst. The ***ager is totally rude and should learn some ***ners on how to talk to women and customers. When we left the room someone from staff had a nice time with a cigarette in our room and when complained they did not agree to it. Worst behaviour from hotel staff and would not even give 1 star if possible. Can't believe Goibibo recommend this hotel which is no more than any local homestay! Cleanliness?? There is none - definitely not sanitized. Doors?? - not working - tried 3 rooms and all same.
