This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Nice home stay type hotel with a calm quiet and pleasant surrounding. Good food and over all service however, toiletries and bathroom towels should be provided to all guests and proper beds all should also be provided, feel that rates are bit on high side and more proper maintenance is needed will definitely book this hotel again if need occurs

We stayed here for 2N during the Holi weekend. The room was clean and spacious. The best part is that it is small resort with 8 rooms hence you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay away from the crowds. The bathroom was clean well maintained. 2 things have scope for improvement. 1. The geyser quality should be improved. Hot water supply was not continuous. 2. Should install an exhaust fan in the bathroom. WiFi was available. Although not much in room amenities like tea/coffee maker or study table. The resort is located off the Nagaon - Revdanda road in the middle of many locals. Hence it was very peaceful. The swimming pool is small but well maintained. We enjoyed a dip on both days with our daughter. She enjoyed a lot. Suggestion: They should discourage guests from using the pool in non swimming attire and eating around the pool. Saw some guests doing the same. The staff is well mannered and courteous. We had booked the all meals included stay. They have an in-house restaurant and all the meals were nice and tasty. Although the buffet spread had limited options, the food was awesome. For nonveg lovers they have chicken in lunch and fish for dinner. The restaurant is on the 1st floor and hence gives a nice view of the property as well as the greenery around the resort. The only disadvantage is that it is located 4 km away from the nearest beach which is Nagaon beach. Although we did not find this as an advantage since we were happy to be away from the crowds. The resort although located in Nagaon, is convenient to go explore towards Kashid and Alibag. Tip: Choose the rooms which are pool facing as against the rooms close to the reception/restaurant.

Well i was expecting a bit more from the resort . Campus wasn't big still it wasn't kept well. Hammocks were all old and torn . Staff was very homely and not that trained. If you are looking for a very basic simple homestay ..then this is the place. As each meal has to ordered 3 hrs prior. It was a big hassle for us. (Plus side being they cook fresh food , once they get order , they arrange for it ) As when traveling with kids...one expects room service and any food...any time...that's not the case with this place. After pre ordering everything 4 times..we all were left tired and disinterested Food was nice and had home cooked comfort. Staff was supportive. If the owner can invest few open showers (as ppl need it after sea visits ) Rooms were clean and washrooms were clean and tidy. So if you are ok with relaxed small village homestay kind of vibe..this is the place to be...near the beach....200 m easy walk.. Many restaurants options are there but need to travel 2-4 km towards city.

We planned two families to travel and booked deluxe family room for a day and one day deluxe room, by seeing closely you will understand the property is not new its renovated but works for you in terms of staying together that's a big plus plus. By seeing over Map it looks like its right on the beach but its few things in between so u will not be able to see sea from your room but its 3-4 minute walk only. Few things wasn't top of the chart whether its pillow cover, missing toilatieres or missing cap in bathroom but the staff is cooperative and trying to facilitiate. Now service i was very impressed when i initially booked because that person accomodate all the need for the trip while booking but front staff has no clue whether payment done or not and even the partial payment i have cleared in night, in morning while checkout got a question again to pay that amount, That is frustating when your website managing from backend and invoice already cleared you are still believing to verify manually with some one. That can be improved and if you lizard fan then u might meet few here, I am not.. Anyway we enjoyed the whole stay and there is no perfect property where u will not see issue but i am sure they will correct soon.

This resort is near nagaon beach. 10/10 for cleanliness and service. This resort is managed by a family and they take care of services as well. Hence you will be delighted by their services. Rooms were neat and clean. Better than many top notch resorts. Foods seems to be heaven for non-veg and sea food lovers. But these guys suprised us with quality of their veg food. Tasty and homely food. These guys care for each of their guests and it shows in their attitude, food, service, cleanliness etc. * stars.

superb stay with owner mr sachin goyal taking full care of our needs. nice location, friendly staff, good good and atmosphere overall was very nice, clean rooms, shall visit again and very close to the beach
