とにかく、駅の目の前にあるのでとても便利で、一面、雪でしたので助かりました。
お部屋にはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディ&フェイスソープ、ドライヤー、カセットドリップ式のコーヒーメーカー（一杯分100円）、電気ケトル、小さい冷蔵庫、コップがありました。
シャンプーなどはDHCのもで良かったです。
スプーンやマドラーなどはなくフロントまで撮りに行きました。 冷蔵庫のききが弱いのでアイスは溶けてしまいました。
雪かきも良くしてくださり、スタッフの皆さんも気持ちの良い対応で心地よく滞在することができました。
お値段も安く、おすすめです。

We had our last lap of the trip in this hotel, and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. While the location might be convenient, the staff was unhelpful and not flexible enough to accommodate our needs. Simple requests were met with little effort or understanding, which was disappointing for the end of our journey.
This stay lacked the warmth and attentiveness we had hoped for, leaving us feeling underwhelmed. Improvements in service and guest care would make a significant difference.

The hotel is a very short walk from Shin-Sapporo station but beware it is not directly connected. If you have luggage and there is snow on the ground outside it can be a little difficult to get there. Everything else was fine with the hotel. We stayed in a japanese style room which was basic but allowed for a very comfortable one night sleep. Breakfast on the 31/F was surprisingly good with outstanding views of the city. The staff were courteous.

大きな通りに面しているので部屋が二階だったこともあってかバイク等の音が気になりました。
それでも部屋は清潔感あり、広め。
大浴場も小さいけれど、貸し切り状態でゆったりと。
駐車場は無料で宿泊料金も安く、受付の方々や部屋の掃除の方々の対応もよく、気持ちよく滞在できました。
車での際はまた利用させていただきたいと思うホテルでした。

家族みんなでくつろいで家で過ごすように滞在できました。
ホテルより自由が聞いて
大家族のわが家にはもってこいの宿泊施設でした。
キッチンもあるので簡単な調理、持ち込みができて食費も浮きました♡
家族の財布なは優しく、レジャーをしっかりたのしめました。
