MMerlin ChanAlthough the building of the hotel was constructed in 1997, the room was modernly decorated and very comfortable.
There were 3 onsens available for guests to use and they could not be missed.
The dinner and breakfast were remarkable.
The staff was nice and helpful.
The hotel was located near mount Asahi-dake. It was good to have onsen after hiking in the mountain.
What’s more, the area which the hotel was located was free from light pollution. I saw a sky full of stars and it was superb.

Loved most of features!! As this ryokan is located near to sirogane falls(3mins walk) and blue pond(4mins drive), you have to make the most out of it!
Please visit Blue pond in night time, you will see the best night lighting show !!

ใส่ใจเรื่องอาหารดี ถ้าจะมาเดินอุทยาน และมาถึงช่วงบ่าย พักอยู่ประมาณ 2 คืน กำลังดี เหมาะกับการมาเดิน อุทยาน ใกล้กระเช้าขึ้นอุทยาน เดินไปใกล้ๆ
ส่วนออนเซ็นปกติ ธรรมดา แช่สบายๆ
มีแต่ onsen ภายใน ไม่มี onsen outdoor

33duoThe concierge service was excellent. Despite her difficulty in expressing her help in English, she went out of her way to answer our queries, as well as working with kitchen to prepare a nice dinner for us despite us not having pre-ordered any. There is also free ramen for supper from 10pm-1030pm at night for guests who feel hungry. And the best part was the mountain view being extremely beautiful.

PPengguna TetamuBig hotel in Japanese Onsen town. Nice and spacious rooms with river view, big Onsen bath. Buffet meals are only average, random selection of dishes and not best quality (pro tip: stick with Japanese and avoid the Western choices)

PPengguna Tetamu先説缺點，我們剛進到酒店房間的時候，浴室的下水道似乎是修理中的狀態，一股很濃的臭水味撲鼻而來，於是馬上聯繫修理工人過來，他幫我們整理還原好就走了，但是不知道到為什麼莫名出現這個情況，還是日本的旅館都這樣？後來問了前台，説沒有其他房間了，我們衹好開着空氣凈化器吸了大半天，還好睡覺的時候沒有味道了。
然後，位置確實有點遠，我們衹住了一天，第二天只有早上9:40的shuttle bus，方便起見，我們入住前和前台説了會坐這趟巴士離開酒店，但是不知道是不是酒店忘了幫我們預約或者登記，第二天早上踏着點去退房，差點沒趕上這輛車回去。（多虧小夥伴最後一分鐘沖刺，讓司機大叔等我們一會兒，然後準時發車。）建議至少住兩天會更放鬆。
優點，酒店所處的位置一絕，就在白鬚瀑布邊上，我們早晚都能觀賞到瀑布的景色，應該是附近地理位置最好的一家。然後，酒店內部的環境也很有特色，大堂，餐廳，房間，甚至電梯內部，都是落地大窗，外面正對松林雪景，我和小夥伴看到後都特別激動。
然後，酒店提供免費的穿梭巴士，抵達酒店有兩班車，離開有一輛。就在旭川站出來的1號巴士站上車，過來很方便。
然後，酒店的露天風呂也很棒，是真的温泉水，可惜第二天趕車早上沒來得及再泡一下。
然後，要誇一下酒店的餐廳，我們定了早晚餐，除了常見的西式日式料理（味道都很好），晚餐的烤和牛和壽喜燒也非常棒。
最後，酒店還提供了夜間觀賞青池的活動（免費），大巴把我們載到附近後，徒步幾分鐘就能看到清池點燈，我們玩了45分鐘返程，體驗也不錯。
總結就是，除了頭一天房間的下水道的問題，酒店在其他方面都很不錯，住客也不是很多，環境安靜，挺適合作為休閑度假的温泉旅館。聽説附近可能還會遇見小狐狸。

IIsabelIt’s located near to the JR station. If you are travelling by JR it would be a good choice. The food was almost run out when we took it at around 8:15. The time for breakfast was from 7 to 9 whereas the checkout time was 10. It would be better if the breakfast time can be extended to at least 9:30.

ZZhen Q Harman LinThis hotel is good old aged hotel, but very excellent in services , food, indoor hot spring for men and women(separate) , Utari/open air (mixed male & female use with trunk/pant/tsukino for men and seirei/ tsubaru provided at no cost). Will certainly stay again when coming to Daisetsuzan National Park next time.

PPengguna TetamuWe wanted to visit Shirogane, hence we chose the few hotels there. We settled on this one because of room availability and the guarantee that it was non-smoking. The hotel is old, but it's like all the other hotels in this area. We enjoyed the osen (especially the outdoor setting), which turned out to be free (as opposed to what was reflected on Trip.com website); we confirmed with the hotel before we arrived that this was indeed the case. Great that breakfast and dinner were included as there are very few other choices in this area.

KKobe FukaeThe hotel description did not capture the situation enough. I was confused due to lack of room pictures. They also posted several listing for different rooms under different hotel name section. But this room is perfect for us. The location is a bit far (if you are not used to walking) from the station but it is only around 7-9 minutes walking. The surrounding area is a quiet neighborhood. The building is new and very clean. It was also warm inside even when the weather forecast said -14 celcius outside. The japanese food they served was also very good. They provided free coffee/tea and water in common area. They also let us lent their microwave. The bathroom is only one but very clean and comfy. The room has its own mini fridge, ac, and tv. If you are wondering where to stay in Biei, I definitely recommend this place.
