這個酒店是攜程協調的。老闆會中文，最大限度幫忙解決了我們大晚上的入住問題，及幫忙第二天電話預訂出租車。
這是一排帳篷酒店，適合自駕和本地人來郊遊的地方。設立初衷估計也是為了接待本地人開車出來BBQ。由於交通原因，並不適合遊客，遊客一般是河口湖鎮上去看富士山。
每個帳篷外都配有一個獨立的BBQ燒烤區及配套爐子這些。如果你能用上他們，你就會覺得性價比很高。而我們衹是遊客，用不上。
老闆的熱情讓我們一行在無助的夜晚帶來温暖。

普段、口コミを書くことはないのですが どなたかの参考になったらと思い書きます。 他の口コミサイトでも高評価で お高めの価格設定でしたので それなりに期待をして、犬と泊まれるわんヴィレッジを予約しました。 まず、案内された室内がとてもかび臭い。（お掃除はされているのかもしれないのですが・・トイレ、洗面所水回りも同じです） 夜もじとーっとした臭いが気になり熟睡できなかったです、 それと、2階の宿泊の方の足音がドタバタ響いてきてうるさいです。 経年によるものなのか、今回のお部屋が立地的に外れだったのでしょうか わざわざコテージを選んだことが悲しくなってしまいました。 あと、朝食時にチェックアウト予定時間を聞かれて、各部屋での清算の案内を受けました。 予定の時間過ぎにやってきた担当の方いわく、フロントが混んでいて・・と 玄関先での宅配便のような事務的なカードでの支払い手続き、お会計書も適当に三つ折りされて手渡されたので それほどまでに、時間に追われているのかと思いながらも 夕食時にホテル直販のお土産を予約してあったので、お尋ねすると あー はいはい。ありますよー ・・こちらは現金でのお支払いになります。 おつりは今持ってきます。 （とその場を離れ、取りに戻られたので、忘れられていた様子） この流れには、ただ呆然としてしまいました。 最後になりましたが、レストランでの夕食の鉄板焼コースはとても美味しく、スタッフの方々の雰囲気もよかったです。 それ以外はとても残念な感想です。

We stayed here with a large group. (It was booked by our travel company and I did not select it myself as I would have researched it first and seen the negative reviews.) There are a couple different buildings here, so I can't speak for all of them but the one we were in had literally not been updated since the 1970s. I suppose it was relatively clean, but it's hard to tell with 45 years of stains and marks on the walls and all that. The rooms were large by Japanese standards, or even by North American standards, but this hasn't been a ”premium” resort in many many decades. The food in the buffet was cold when we got there. The best thing about this place, and the only reason I don't give it a 1/5 is the stunning view of Mt. Fuji at breakfast. Is it worth staying here just for that? I'm not sure. I'd probably try to find another hotel in the area with similar views instead.

ナビも間違うほどのここはどこ状態。そのぶん、喧噪から外れ、ゆったりとした気分になれる。夏は中庭でBBQができ、家族連れは最高。秋は紅葉回廊などのスポットが車で10分ほどのところに点在し、絶景を楽しめる。宿からの景観は低層階と木の高い場所では望むべくもないが、部屋によっては木々の間からほんの少し富士山が見える。

Resort is very near to mt Fuji, the view from villa is stunning although not view from the room however backyard from the room is good enough. We had 2 nights stay and breakfast experience is awesome, dining with mt Fuji with all self cook experience. Dinner bbq prepared by glamping is good just pricey, we had dinner outside second night, there are Aeon mall and sport depo 1 km away maybe less, we walked over and return not very hassle for us. But without car you can’t be easy at mt Fuji. Overall I love this quality glamping. 1 more sharing my friends stayed PAO, it is wonderful, exactly camping experience but high end camping facilities. Activities area is natural, We all love it.

FFS YangThe hotel is a not big with 13 rooms. But it's very nice and it's run by a couple. The boss is a very friendly person and he is a very good chef. The dishes prepared by him are very tasty and also looks very nice and attractive. The lady boss is very friendly and also very helpful.
I stayed in this property for 2 days from 5th March 2024. In the morning of 5th March, the lady boss tried to contact me to offer me a free cancellation because it's snowing.
The hotel provides 2 meals a day (half board) and the room is not big, but very clean. There is a free spa and library of comics.
On the 2nd day, we want to go out to take photos because the whole area was very beautiful due to the snowing over night. The lady boss offered her water boots and trekking poles, we didn't see the need of water boots and trekking poles at first. But she insisted to lend us foc. It's proven without the water boots and trekking poles we could not go out.
I would like to recommend the hotel and say a big THANK YOU to the couple.

就是山中湖町沒有河口湖町交通那麼方便，旅館衹有一輛擺渡車被隔壁的客人定走了，在車站等了2h都沒有公交，出租車更是衹能電話預訂，最後是走了30min衹在天黑之前趕到了旅館，各位沒有自駕車的旅客建議提前出發直接步行，小鎮的公交系統真的指望不上。
但！旅館本身非常不錯！非常值得一去！特別是帶着家裡老人或幾個孩子的，訂個聯排別墅比在河口湖町網紅酒店定幾間房要經濟的多，而且富士山景也沒有任何遮擋，再加上房間內的私湯，特別適合家庭游。

From the fully stocked kitchen, BBQ set up to free bicycle for exploring the area, everything we could have needed was provided to us. The view of Mount Fuji from bathroom and balcony was simply breathtaking!
What really make our experience special, however, was the kindness of our host! They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating and went out their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We felt like we were staying with old friend’s rather than in a rental property.
Overall, we had a wonderful time at this cottage and hope we can come back soon!

PPengguna TetamuThe location of the hotel is fantastic for sunset viewing. There is plenty of parking across the road, with a surfeit of basically unnecessary staff. We had a reasonable-sized room with large windows and a wonderful panorama of the lake and Mount Fuji. That's all that's positive. The hotel is in two parts: the original building and an annexe. It is NOT suitable for wheelchair users trying to get to a restaurant. There are too many steps, twists and turns. There are lifts to find rooms in part A or part B, and the locations of the onsens (which switch between male and female every day - nice views, though). The signage is rare and confusing. As a stocky European (100Kg), I had immense difficulty sleeping on a very thin futon. The electric heater in the room blasts an unhealthy stream of hot air. Switch off this health risk and you FREEZE (we were there in late October). The hotel is relatively expensive, so you'd expect quality rooms. What you get is the uniform Japanese army-style sp****, goose**** green-walled room that you'd find in business hotels at half the room rate of this laughingly named 'NEW CENTURY' place. Minimalist, to say the least (in reality, pinched, lacking in generosity and well-being). At least there was a fridge (with a freezer icebox!!) In a series of measures as a response to the risks of COVID, there were no real glasses - just paper cups, and a message asking you to close the toilet lid before flushing. Disappointingly, the toilet was untypically low quality - no little hand-washing basin and fountain on the top of the toilet, and thus no towel in the toilet itself. (So, mucky hands grasping two sets of door handles to wash your hands. How's that for customary Japanese hygiene?) We (a group of 13 people - I was the only gaijin...) had booked an evening meal, room and breakfast the next morning. Dinner? Again, for the price, you'd expect a nice piece of fish (probably from the lake) right? NO way. We got a few bits of sukiyaki, and mean little dishes with bits and pieces of this and that... I've eaten MUCH better food in izakayas and bars throughout Japan. My opinion was echoed by most of our party. Breakfast was below ordinary. Simple, plain, dull. Something to dispense with quickly. Taking fuel on board, that's all. The service in the restaurant was desultory (= awful, ungracious). During dinner, a stocky old lady granted me the opportunity to be bumped TWICE by her capacious bottom as she served the person next to me. I complained and pushed back, to the accompaniment of giggles from her lithe, unobtrusive colleagues. Mercifully I was spared any further encounter with this voluminous rear end at breakfast. The staff at breakfast time were a) limited in number b) slow and c) VERY detached. One had the feeling they were cleaning staff put into waiting uniforms. Per person, we paid over 13,000 yen. Frankly, an outrageous price. The ONLY benefit was the view. For that, you don't need a hotel room. A bus tour will

We had 2 nights stay and breakfast experience is awesome, dining with mt Fuji with all self cook experience. Dinner bbq prepared by glamping is good just pricey, we had dinner outside second night, there are Aeon mall and sport depo 1 km away maybe less, we walked over and return not very hassle for us. But without car you can’t be easy at mt Fuji. Overall I love this quality glamping. 1 more sharing my friends stayed PAO, it is wonderful, exactly camping experience but high end camping facilities. Activities area is natural, We all love it.

PPengguna TetamuCame by during the coldest winter in Japan for years and was at first worried about the snow storm as our cars are not fitted with snow tires, so I decided to call up the hotel. On hand to assist is a very nice and kind lady by the name of Zora who tried to go all out to assist and though we asked if we can cancel the stay with no cancellation fees, she mentioned it was tough due to regulations from the booking website. Nevertheless she took efforts to keep me posted of the conditions in Kawaguchiko prior to our arrival and we finally made our trip there. The hotel is clean and new as it opened almost 2.5 years ago hence was dealt with the Covid pandemic and it was not easy for them to survive. The hotel has several Mandarin speaking staff and check in is only after 3 pm hence when we arrived the counter was empty and waited for a while for a Mandarin speaking Japanese to come over to assist, very helpful with suggestions but again they didn’t allow us to amend our stay due to the upcoming snow storm. In the end we decided to forfeit our 2nd night stay due to the fact we do not have snow tire and this is where I felt the hotel can be a bit more flexible by offering a discount. The rooms we were given is huge and spacious , as mentioned by Zora with a good view of Mount Fuji, however the view changes just the next day hence we are lucky to have a wonderful view of Mount Fuji from the room . Overall the stay was very good as staff are very helpful, multi lingual staff with one of the guy from Taiwan being able to speak Mandarin , English , Cantonese , Korean and of course Japanese. Breakfast is simple but very adequate .

PPengguna TetamuThis is a decently nice, large ryokan-style hotel but it feels a bit old and shabby like a pre-bubble hotel which is past its glory days. The location was a lot more isolated than we were expecting, you really should have a car if you stay here as there is little in the immediate area and it's a decently long walk to the rest of town. I strongly disagree with the ”good for walkers” walkability rating that Tripadvisor gives it. The car does offer a free shuttle four times a day to Kawaguchiko station though which is nice. The rooms (at least the ones we stayed in) were ryokan style with tatami and futons. Both me and my companion found the futons very difficult to sleep in. I didn't get a good night's sleep any of my nights and woke up sore even after requesting an extra futon for support. The public onsen on the fourth floor was very nice and in my opinion quite large. Lastly, the WiFi ranged from terrible to passable. It would vary a bit from hour to hour but was often nearly unusable. This is not a ”bad” hotel by any means, just know what you're getting into. This place probably was more impressive back in the day but today feels slightly run down and not very modern.

Le bâtiment de l’hôtel, sans charme extérieur (euphémisme) est difficilement atteignable par les transports en commun et cela est impossible le soir. Il existe une navette qui vient vous chercher le jour de votre arrivée et vous dépose à la gare le matin de votre départ ou pendant votre séjour (3 horaires le matin). Pour revenir il y a un créneau d’appel mais pour nous il n’a pas fonctionné. Les chambres sont très bien, grandes et avec une superbe vue sur le mont Fuji. Le personnel est serviable mais ne parle que très peu anglais et communique par google traduction. Cela peut amener a des confusions comme cela c’est passe pour nous. La personne qui nous a reçus s’est montrée particulièrement odieuse, ce qui n’a pas été le cas du reste du personnel fort heureusement. Pas de restaurants alentours la plupart n’ayant pas rouvert après l’épisode covid. Prix trop cher de mon point de vue, 250 euros/nuit pdj inclus, certes en très haute saison mais quand même. Mention spéciale au vieux monsieur qui conduit la navette, il parle anglais et est vraiment très bien.

PPengguna Tetamu河口湖畔、西側高台のリゾートタイプのホテル。ロープウェイ乗り場の直ぐ隣です。駐車スペースはせいぜい20台なので、早めのチェックインをお勧めします。 見たところ従業員の9割が外国人。おそらくコロナ前は赤い旗の国の団体さんが押しかけてきていたのだろうと推察できます。フロントスタッフも勿論外国人ばかりで、こちらが一所懸命に聞かないと会話が成立していない事も・・・ちょっとフラストレーション溜まります。 部屋は全室、湖向きで富士山は見えません。食事は食べ飲み放題。（ビール以外のアルコールはお勧めしませんが）地元の物も多く、この値段でコスパは好いと思います。美味しく頂きました。 全体的には及第点ですが、不満は、やる気ない60℃のサウナと、高圧的な態度の駐車場係（日本人）のオッチャン。まずまずのんびり、美味しい時間を過ごさせてもらいました。
