しかし、ホテルからの伝達ミスがありスムーズにチェックインができませんでした。
以前もtrip.comで予約した際にこういった事例があったのでどちらの責任かはわかりませんが、以後改善してくだされば再度使わせていただきたいです。

Kazu is an absolutely EXCEPTIONAL host, super friendly and helpful and a joy to be around! The place itself is also fantastic, has all the necessities and surprisingly even a washer and dryer. Would definitely recommend and will stay again next time we’re in the area.

車が道の片側にとても止めやすく、フロントスタッフさんが優しくフレンドリーでした。 お部屋の内装がとてもオシャレで素敵。 ベットは2つ並んでキングサイズが2台と思うほど大きく寝心地のいいツインでした。 しっかりした作りなのか、物音がきこえませんでしたよ。 朝早くから美ら海水族館へ翌朝から出発し、1泊だけでしたが、とてもよく眠れました。
