乾淨 整齊 很舒服的一次住宿經驗！大人小孩都喜歡！ 樓下就很多東西吃、也有茶姬、mix 交通方便、環境也很不錯！

ia adalah perjalanan dadakan! bilik itu benar-benar bersih, mendapat mineral percuma atau adakah ia air minuman di dalam bilik. secara keseluruhan ia adalah penginapan yang menyenangkan?

Biliknya sangat luas! Suka, bagus untuk kanak-kanak berlari-lari! Terdapat ruang letak kereta betul-betul di hadapan hotel. Ia adalah koridor yang sama dengan Le'Venue. Keselamatan ada untuk memastikan kereta anda selamat. Banyak pilihan makanan di tingkat bawah (restoran). Perlu melalui gantri ke tempat letak kereta tetapi boleh dituntut dari hotel. Akan tinggal di sini lagi kerana ia lebih dekat dengan pinggir KL. (:

Hotel ini nampaknya telah diubah suai baru-baru ini, dan bau simen kuat. Tetapi kelebihannya ialah bilik mandi yang baru. Bahagian bilik tidur bagaimanapun, lebih banyak usaha diperlukan untuk butiran. Sampah daripada tetamu terdahulu masih boleh ditemui di dalam bilik. Kertas dinding yang koyak tidak dibaiki, dan dindingnya masih mempunyai kesan moses dan tangan. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman itu bagus.

We check in this hotel on 16/9/2022 for 1 night for wedding event nearby. It was a late check in due to traffic jam from Johor. The hotel look grant from outside. The room was quite spacious. Before check in, we already call the reception to inform that we have an handicap driver who need a parking lot near to the lobby. For your info, their parking lot is located on the opposite building, multi-storey which is inconvenience for us. The receiption do give us approval to park outdoor. But when we reach the hotel, the security did not allow us to park. Even tho we did told him that we already got the approval. We have to go to the reception again, show them the prove, then the security let us park. But from the security movement and the way he look at us as if we making a crime. So terrible. It was raining day on that day, but was disappointed as no one from the hotel staff assist us with our luggages and things. Enter the room, when we wanted to use the toilet urgently, towel bowl was stained and cannot flush off. Called the room service, technician took about 20-30mins to repair. 4G internet and wifi access was very slow. In the evening, and during check out the next day, the same security kept looking at us and our vehicle. I understand that they are doing their job but please know that we didn't park there illegally. On the day of check-out, we called the reception to check whether can we request for late check-out, but instead of getting a late check-out, reception make us to check-out earlier which is before 12(the standard timing of checking out) If you are looking for a spacious room and decent area, you can come over to this hotel but if you are looking for overall good service and convenient, don't visit this hotel. You will disappoint yourself, just like i do.
