PPengguna TetamuWe check in this hotel on 16/9/2022 for 1 night for wedding event nearby. It was a late check in due to traffic jam from Johor. The hotel look grant from outside. The room was quite spacious. Before check in, we already call the reception to inform that we have an handicap driver who need a parking lot near to the lobby. For your info, their parking lot is located on the opposite building, multi-storey which is inconvenience for us. The receiption do give us approval to park outdoor. But when we reach the hotel, the security did not allow us to park. Even tho we did told him that we already got the approval. We have to go to the reception again, show them the prove, then the security let us park. But from the security movement and the way he look at us as if we making a crime. So terrible. It was raining day on that day, but was disappointed as no one from the hotel staff assist us with our luggages and things. Enter the room, when we wanted to use the toilet urgently, towel bowl was stained and cannot flush off. Called the room service, technician took about 20-30mins to repair. 4G internet and wifi access was very slow. In the evening, and during check out the next day, the same security kept looking at us and our vehicle. I understand that they are doing their job but please know that we didn't park there illegally. On the day of check-out, we called the reception to check whether can we request for late check-out, but instead of getting a late check-out, reception make us to check-out earlier which is before 12(the standard timing of checking out) If you are looking for a spacious room and decent area, you can come over to this hotel but if you are looking for overall good service and convenient, don't visit this hotel. You will disappoint yourself, just like i do.

KKBKDENNISThe staff offered massage but after we agreed on the price. The staff only offer 30 minutes and I feel so short changed. Very disappointed. I think the management should know about this staff who is offering massage services but a very bad one.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHotel ini nampaknya telah diubah suai baru-baru ini, dan bau simen kuat. Tetapi kelebihannya ialah bilik mandi yang baru.
Bahagian bilik tidur bagaimanapun, lebih banyak usaha diperlukan untuk butiran. Sampah daripada tetamu terdahulu masih boleh ditemui di dalam bilik. Kertas dinding yang koyak tidak dibaiki, dan dindingnya masih mempunyai kesan moses dan tangan.
Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman itu bagus.

Kecuali semasa penginapan hari pertama kurang selesa air cond bilik tidak berfungsi dengan baik dan bilik terasa panas.
Complaint pertama staff yang bertugas memberitahu, mengambil masa untuk sejuk. Hampir 3 jam dalam bilik masih rasa panas. Complaint kedua saya pergi ke kuanter service dlm pkl 8,30mlm. tiada tindakan yang di ambil.. Complaint yang ketiga pagi 7.12.2022, semasa saya mahu keluar breakfast. Aircond bilit baru terasa sejuk selepas aduan yang ketiga.
Saranan saya supaya memperbaiki kelemahan supaya setiap aduan di ambil dengan serius. Sebagai pelanggan sekiranya meninggalkan kesan yang baik dari hotel tersebut, saya akan menginap lagi utk kedua kali nya

CChoon Fong LThe room (816) is spacious, clean with all basic amenities in the washroom, working air conditioner plus iron and ironing board, fridge and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities. Good view of the southside of Kajang town, MRT and KTM tracks is available from the room size glass window. The staff are helpful and meals are tasty and ontime. Only pool maintenance and in-house entertainment need upgrading. Poor TV signals have persisted for many years judging from previous remarks.

- Your guy receptionist very rude. Hate his expression and the way he handle his customers, very rude!! At first he said there is no booking under my booking no and ask me to check properly, I ask the receptionist to check booking using my name instead of booking no, then suddenly he said got it! WHATT!??? Never experiences this kind of thing before even when stay at 4 star hotel. Please check name first if cannot find the booking no before simply say my booking don't have there. You receptionist need to be train on how to handle customer.
