Hotel terbaik di Wanneperveen

Leuk chalet in een mooie omgeving. Dichtbij het centrum. Leuk aan het water. Mooie omgeving om te fietsen of varen. Het weer doet alles. Voor mindervaliden is Giethoorn erg lastig met de vele bruggetjes en smalle paadjes

太喜歡這間住宿了，好大的房間，超級齊全的廚房設施。 還有很多可愛的小鴨子會在門口走來走去。 不過唯一一個缺點就是，門和廚房的窗口都是透明玻璃，晚上感覺隱蔽性不夠。

The owner, Sander, is extremely typical in being tight and inconsiderate of customers who are not satisfied. We had a flood in our bathroom due to the walk in shower, and even though he tried to fix it, it still flooded afterwards. Nothing was done about keeping us happy or compensating for this terrible experience. Showers were limited for us, they were cut short and caused inconvenience with us left with shampoo in our hair! No complimentary drink to say sorry, in fact no-one even apologised for any of the unfortunate events that occurred with the shower! So shocking and completely unprofessional. When I then look at their target audience, I realise the majority of the customers are over the age of 60, so they probably are oblivious to all the problems. Very defensive staff, especially on check out who just looked as pathetic as a teenager being told off. She obviously had been warned by Sander and went straight into defence mode. Again, very amateur and unprofessional. Also, the soap and shampoo facilities for a so-called four star hotel was a joke. Locked in tubes and half empty on the day of arrival. Four or five star hotels usually utilise miniature toiletries. I have travelled a lot and know that this method is typical of 2/3 star hotels or motels, which I tend to avoid. Again a way of saving money and a short cut. Lame. Just lame. The buffet dinner was bland, tasteless and rather disgusting. It is not live cooking - it is a shambles; children fingering all the food with dirty hands, and then expecting us to eat it. No thanks. Waste of money and complete rip off room prices. Best of luck to this potential old people's home. If my grandparents were still alive, I would still not recommend the hotel to them. They would deserve better, as did we. Have the decency not to rate yourself on what is visible on the surface (the view/location etc) but actually on the ins and outs of staying there. It is terrible but the worst thing was the staff's attitude. I am so happy they do not treat customers like this in the UK. Shame on Sander and his appalling staff. Disgusting. Useless. Waste of space. Good luck.

Wat een verwennerij. We hadden het ”gastronomisch” arrangement geboekt. 7 gangen diner met alles er op en er aan, overnachting en ontbijt. De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk, en warm welkom. De service is uitstekend en op het diner was ook niks aan te merken. Een volledige avond in de watten worden gelegd met heerlijke gerechten. Je kon van te voren aangeven wat je niet wilde en hier werd uitstekend rekening mee gehouden. De bijpassende wijnen maakten het helemaal af, en na 7 gangen heb je ook wel meer dan voldoende :-). De kamers zijn prima. Enige is dat het bed ( naar mijn mening) te zacht is, en lijkt een beetje doorgelegen. Daarnaast zou een minibar wel een goede aanvulling zijn. Het ontbijt wordt aan tafel geserveerd. Alleen de yoghurt en fruit kun je zelf pakken, Je kunt alle soorten bereidingen van ei kiezen die dan voor je worden bereid. Heerlijk wat een verwennerij!

Na een fietstocht van Lelystad naar Steenwijk had ik een kamer in dit hotel. Prachtige kamer heel goed bed, mooi sanitair en een ruim voldoende ontbijt. De volgende dag kon ik na nog een fietstocht in de omgeving, me nog verkleden in dit hotel. Goed en aardig personeel.

Wonderfully welcoming staff. Relaxed ambience throughout the property. Elegant dining rooms. Large comfortable bedroom with good amenities in the room. Very nice evening meal (for a separate price) and an enjoyable breakfast (included in the price). Excellent value for money (in the week). No lifts though so if you have big suitcases, this could be a problem (that said, the staff helped us up with our light bags). The room we had had steps down into the room which made it difficult getting out as you had to step back down to pull the door inwards. Would definitely like to come and stay at this property again.
