Hotel Krakow dengan Kolam Renang

Decided to move to a supposedly lovely hotel for 2 nights as thought would be lovely treat for my son as had a big gym and pool, how wrong was I.... we checked in on Saturday night I had called ahead to check availability and price for 2 nights as was leaving on the Monday. The lady on reception told me the price and we went straight over to check in. She took us to the room and we confirmed the price and that it included breakfast, all good. That was until we returned on the Sunday evening after visiting the salt mines that day to not being able to get into our room. We went to reception and they told us we should of checked out that day!!! We were no we booked for 2 nights why would we not when not going home till Monday?? The receptionist said could she ring the lady who we booked with and she told me there was a mistake made and was sorry but we had to PAY another night... Omg was so upset not my fault but still expected to pay, spoke to the general manager and someone higher Joanne I think she was absolutely awful would not listen at all just wanted the money!!!! What kind of customer care NONE i would say. My husband who is disabled and my son 16 were gobsmacked at their total lack of empathy. They had all our belongings locked in the room we were in and we felt we had no choice but to pay as had nowhere to go, cant tell you how upset we were just ruined out trip through absolutely no fault of our own. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL IF U WANT GOOD CUSTOMER CARE. Just because Mecure are a big chain doesn't mean good at all in anyway or form.

The whole staff was amazing. Breakfast staff always helped me with ice in my water bottle and options of things to eat was great Szyman at the bar was friendly and helpful in explaining Polish beers and vodkas Front desk was really helpful too

Excellent hotel, the room was beautiful and very clean, I particularly liked the lighting, not too bright and added something extra to the ‘jazzy’ atmosphere. The spa in the basement is amazing, had the entire spa all for myself for hours. Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel is ideal for discovering the beautiful city of Krakow ! Will be back for sure !

We recently stopped at the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow for a three-day city break. Let’s talk about the positives first… The hotel is in a great location, it is not too far from the city centre but is on the outskirts, a few minutes’ walk from a large green recreational ground which was lovely. A Bolt (Somewhat a European version of Uber) was almost instantly available at the hotel, and we never waited more than four minutes. A Bolt cab into the city was approximately £2.50 which was great too. The hotel is clearly very new, and this shows with its modern design and use of LED ***** lights which look amazing at night-time. The reception area is modern, has free coffee machines (for use between 1000 hours and 1600 hours) and has a bar within, which again, is very nice. The spa was lovely and is included within the price of the room. We visited at approximately 0900 hours, and it was very quiet which was nice, at one point, we were the only people within the spa. Though, don’t allow looks to deceive you. There were some annoyances with the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow, and I think it is important to raise them. Firstly, the hotel is next to a building site, which is not evident from the pictures of the hotel’s website or online listings. We paid for an upgraded room with a balcony so you can imagine the disappointment when we learnt it was overlooking a very loud and dusty building site – so much so that the balcony was unusable. Secondly, the AC. (Not the name, the air conditioning!). This hotel uses the AC controls which link in with the windows and doors to prevent loss of energy, which is all well and good when it works. Ours seemed to glitch out constantly and as such locked the AC in the off position. We rung reception after spending a few hours in unbearable heat to be told that there was nobody who could help in the evenings and that they’d send someone in the morning. Fine, so we went to bed only to be woken by someone an hour later who said that they had come to look at the AC. We got up whilst the lady, what can only be described as “faffed” with the AC and then shrugged her shoulders and left – without resolving the issue. Now, if we could have opened the window, or the balcony door, to solve the issue then it wouldn’t have been as much as a big deal, yet it was a trade off between unbearable heat or construction site noise and dust. Another annoyance is when we ordered room service. We telephoned down to the bar and asked if they sold “Sauvignon Blanc”. We were told that they did and that it was however much. I asked for two bottles, and they said that they’d send someone up with it. 45-minutes later, the first waitress arrived with a trolley, an ice bucket, two wine glasses and two bottles of Chardonnay. We explained that we had ordered Sauvignon Blanc and that we would be grateful if she wouldn’t mind swapping it for the correct wine. We were in Poland for a wedding, my daughter wasn't too impressed with this hotel until she walked into the building. The outside looks unremarkable, but once inside your opinion changes immediately. As a Diamond Member we were upgraded to a King Junior Suite and it was very much appreciated! The Front Desk was attentive and polite. We received our warm cookie and headed up to our room. OMG, it was huge compared to the room we just came from, even the bathroom was large. We had so much room and space to spread out. The Executive Room was nice and we enjoyed the evening entrees, especially the soups. I can't say enough nice things about this executive room. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. Although crowded at times, there was always enough food and hospitality. The breakfast was great. Lots of selections and ample food. We didn't try the made to order omelette as it looked like it could feed two people. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

駅から近く歩いて10分以内で行けます。旧市街の中心にありクラクフ観光に最適です。フロントはフレンドリーで、朝食サービスのスタッフもとても良いです。*料理やパンケーキ、ワッフルなどオーダーでき、出来たてをいただけます。チーズケーキも大変美味しく、朝にcavaを飲めるのも嬉しい。カプチーノはマシンでセルフできますが、ぜひオーダーしてその技術を楽しんでください！ とてもとてもオススメのホテルです。

Na plus: miła i pomocna obsługa, pyszne urozmaicone śniadania, strefa fitness i basenowa kameralna ale nie zatłoczona, miła odskocznia po wieczornym spacerze, sauny i jacuzzi cudowne. Hotel oddalony jest od rynku o około 2,4 km spacerkiem, w piękne dni świetna opcja na trochę ruchu, dla osób które nie lubią spacerować będzie to oczywiście delikatny kłopot. Parking hotelowy a jeśli ktoś nie chce korzystać wokoło miejsca postojowe parkingu miejskiego

Albergo che si presenta bene, una hall nuova ed accogliente ed una sala ristorante buona. La struttura presenta una piccola area giochi per bambini ed una piscina al coperto utilizzabile. Ho letto di alcuni che lamentano la temperatura dell'acqua troppo fredda, in realtà è la stessa di tante altre normali piscine. Le camere sono pulite e silenziose, unica pecca riguarda la mancanza di piccoli servizi che da una struttura a 4 stelle mi aspetterei come delle ciabatte di cortesia, le grucce nell'armadio ed un phon funzionante in quanto quelle delle camere non è utile pertanto vi consiglio di portarvene uno da casa. Il personale è sempre stato disponibile, per quanto riguarda la freddezza riscontrata da alcuni abbiamo notato che si tratta di un aspetto caratteriale dell'intera città, probabilmente è un aspetto che noi italiani evidenziamo con più attenzione perché abituati diversamente. Great hotel in a quiet suburb of the city. Staff were great, room was spacious and clean. Stayed on a BandB basis which worked well for us as we were out early exploring Krakow. Easy to get to from the airport, 15 to 20 minutes by car. A short walk to the tram stop for the tram into the old town, which is around £5 for a day card with unlimited use. Food for breakfast was nice with a huge choice. Location may not be for some people but it worked for us as it was quiet at night but easy to get into the main city to see the sites. Would use it again.

Check in time is 4pm & due to an early flight, we arrived early at 12. We received a frosty welcome & while we never expected our room to be ready, we had to suggest that they maybe could put our bags into storage in the meantime( which I thought was standard in most countries). The other issue I found was the reception staff weren’t the most helpful. I asked if there was any playgrounds near by( which I googled in the end & found 2 ) & the response I got was “I don’t know” which for a 4 star hotel is quite poor. They surely received harder questions than that! Anyway, outside of the poor customer service, this hotel is very nice. It’s got a focus on being “green” so wooden hotel cards are a feature & so is the filtered water dispenser on all floors, so u can refill ur water all the time. The breakfast is delicious, excellent choice of food. We ate dinner at the restaurant too which also was delicious & reasonably priced. Hotel is centrally located, 15 min walk from the old town, with grocery shops around the corner. Another plus for this hotel is the quiet, rooms appear to be sound proof. Never heard anything & the hotel was very, very busy. I would recommend
