I fell it is very good

Everything's is good, but hotel eletricity Brocken during evening. The wifi not work anymore. It is my second time to stay this hotel, Last time was perfect, but this time is disappointed.

Sadly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had and I travel quite a bit. The room is like a coffin, it is so incredibly small. For someone with claustrophobia, it is extremely challenging to be in a space like this. The window looked to the side of the train station, which only increased the confined feeling. The shower stall (separate from the toilet) is also small and the water would fill up and run out onto the bedroom floor. The shower water only get warm, but never hot. I reached out to the hotel (Nadia at the front desk) about this and she refused to help me and in addition to being quite rude about the situation, she suggested I pay an additional $65 Euro a night to switch rooms (which was $35 euro more than what is being advertised for the night on Expedia/booking). Her reasoning was that I’d already checked in -this seamed ridiculous to me because obviously I’d have to check in to know what the room experience is. All around, she didn’t care about my level of comfort which was quite disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend staying in this hotel ever. There is also a lot of construction going on around the hotel which isn’t directly related to the hotel but still a nuisance.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, unique hotel. It was a bit tricky to find the first time, but if you follow the signs beside Taylor's and trust going thru the alley and up the stairs, you won't be disappointed once you ring the bell and are greeted. The winding staircase up to the suites could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues, but otherwise it's definitely worth the walk. The 'Paula' room on the top floor was very spacious and comfortable, with amenities we weren't expecting, like a bar, stove top and fridge. The room has a nice view overlooking the river (sometimes with cruise ships) and while there is a/c it was lovely to have the windows open and appreciate the breeze from the water. We also really loved the breakfast - super fresh, daily made juices, pastries, meat and cheese - a perfect way to start the day. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

In a boutique hotel I always expect a more personalized service, given the reduced number of rooms, but that wasn’t the case here. Some disappointing situations: ordered a cappuccino during breakfast that never arrived, requested oat milk from the kitchen and got it in a cup full to the very top instead of a jar (how could I pour it without making a mess?), have a beautiful swimming pool that is great for pictures, but highly unusable, as there are not sun bathing chairs or space near it. Unfortunately the breakfast was very basic, not representing the amazing breads and pastries from Portugal, the coffee was bitter and nothing was identified as vegetarian/vegan. Not even a single plant based milk available at the buffet and the one that came from the kitchen was undrinkable. The rooms were tight (Alfama Superior and Alfama) but comfortable, with ok bedding and towels. Staff was very friendly, but did not seem yet trained to work in a boutique hotel. I hate to write tough reviews, but given the hype and the cost of the hotel I expected much more. Not recommended.

公寓自足式服務，很適合帶娃出行，可以自己煮點東西。就是前台辦理入住需要遇到合適點，要不無人辦理入住手續。酒店環境和設施都不錯，交通也很便利。服務人員也很nice，下次還是會住這裏。
