didn't like: 1) bathroom sharing was not clearly stated in the listing , nor the reservation. 2) the gents bathroom was too small 3) the ceiling above washbasin in gents bathroom was too low. 4) room door did not close and thus had to be locked every time

Hotel is good but location is too far away from city centre. When we arrived to check in, the staff made a mistake on giving the wrong number of room to us. That was weird because when we headed to the room, one of the cleaners was cleaning the room and we need to go back to the reception. Hotel overall was good but I am not satisfied with the toilet. The design of the bathroom is weird because there are no enough space for my stuff. Breakfast is average but don't expect too much. Rooftop poll is good but water was dirty someday.

Front desk will call to taxi if taxied are not waiting in front of the hotel. To Lisbon airport from the hotel for about 10mins the cost around €6. The taxi was not able to use card, need to ready for payment by cash.

I had a quick overnight stay at this beautiful hotel - my first time in an Ibis Styles. I was certainly impressed, it really is a fantastic hotel. Great staff, food, decor, BUT the rooms are not just small, they are tiny. I go on many cruises and I’ve never had a cabin this small, never mind a hotel room. However, it is what it is and very nicely furnished with nice towels, bottle of water, fridge, comfortable bedding. I got a really good rate for my one night and I am back in Lisbon in November but the price is more than double what I paid and it’s not worth that. However, I will always consider Ibis Styles when coming to Lisbon. It’s only 5 minutes from and to the airport so taxi is cheap, but they do have a free shuttle TO the airport starting at 0600 - it doesn’t operate in the other direction.

During the stay, there was an event happening, but the service quality was maintained and quickly responded. The only is the HK team rang the bell a few times during the day time to check if the service needed.

Booked this airport hotel the day before my early morning flight. The hotel is located approximately 5 mins drive from the airport. Bus shuttle is available with a small fee. You need to book your seats early during check in. The room is spacious with basic amenities. There are vending machines available at the lobby for simple snacks. Restaurant is opened till 10 pm Overall good experience . Enjoy my stay overall.

Dieses Hotel ist ein absoluter Tipp. Toll gelegen am Campo grande unweit com Flughafen mit direkter Metro Anbindung in die City. Wer gerne mit offenem Fenster schläft wird die Flugzeuge hören, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und toll eingerichtet. Es gibt keine Rezeption,das Hotel sendet einen Code und eine detaillierte Anleitung. Solltet Ihr über einen Operator gebucht haben, schreibt dem Hotel oder ruft an, dann erhaltet Ihr die Info direkt nach einer Minute per WhatsApp Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen und für unseren stopover der perfekte Platz

The hotel looks lovely, is clean and the breakfast offers a good selection. However the rooms are poorly designed, as they are too tightly packed in with hardly any storage space for anything. No drawers - and the wardrobes are about 3 ft wide with no capacity to hang a suit or dress due to them being half length. We ended up mainly living out of our suitcases due to lack of space … not ideal especially when there is no space to even open your case!!! And if you are hoping for good room service - this is not the place for you. They often don’t answer the phone at all and after being kept on hold for 20mins there is no apology. No tissues, no water, no dressing gowns … hence the average rating.
