Stayed for 3 nights whilst attending a conference at the nearby Astra Zeneca facility. Gym was adequate and fairly popular, breakfast had enough choice for a few days. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Local transport links are good. I caught the airport bus which drops off only a short walk away and also caught the tram for the short ride into the city. Generally a comfortable stay, cannot really fault it but would like to offer a few suggestions for improvement. I would have appreciated body lotion to be provided as I was travelling with hand luggage only and my liquids were very limited and I could not bring my own supplies. Also it would be good if a kettle and tea and coffee supplies were provided. An iron and ironing board are provided as standard but no kettle. You can request one at reception and they delivered it very quickly but with no mug or tea and coffee supplies. Luckily I had a travel mug and had brought a small selection of fruit teas. I certainly would not object staying here again if visiting the local area.

As a manager at the hotel industry for Marriott, I can tell it’s pretty much rubbish to refuse to check in someone at 14, making them wait until 15. It is practically impossible not having rooms ready by that time. People start to check out early in the morning, so by the time it’s even 12, Hsk service already have had the time to clean lot of rooms. The policy of check in time at 15 it is usually in every hotel, but it is always up to the receptionists to be nice and give the rooms as soon as they are ready. Well, this is not the hotel with nice and kind staff. We were coming to the city for an event at 16 and the rush to be ready by that time while we were waiting for the room for that long made us be pretty much late. The management of this hotel should get new staff if they want this hotel to work because we are definitely not coming back and we will make sure our Norwegians and Swedish friends and family do not waste their time and money coming here.

If you travel with car, this hotel has excellent location. Very nice sub urban area. To Lisebergs amusement park and very big shopping mall 10 minutes away. Breakfast was excellent and coffee - definitely best during visit in Sweden. Most important while traveling, we all had GOOD sleep in comortable beds. In rooms hotel is having a good selection when travelling with family. Eventhough they don't have restaurant, they had tasty variation for evening meal. Worth the money!

Wonderful spacious rooms, modern facilities, central to transport and shopping center, clean, great service and unlimited beverages and snax ! Everything you need. Quiet, soundproofed! PLUS ... Breakfast buffet included, the best I have had in Europe xxx lovely owners !

I honestly think this is one of the best value hotels in Gothenburg. The rooms were comfortable, had no issues with them. Breakfast and dinner were free, breakfast was exceptional and plentiful. The two stars off are for dinner. On the first day we had lasagna and the lasagna was burnt and tasted horrible so had to order food somewhere else because the lasagnas were not soo eatable. Attached below are the lasagnas for reference. I would definitely return, the reception staffs were also nice and friendly.

Really clean. Friendly staff. Just that the main door can only be opened with a code. And it is changed every day, but I wasn't made aware about it. Although they said that you'll receive an email regarding the pin change, I didn't receive one.

I’ve booked a conference for our group with a few people traveling into Gothenburg internationally. However, due to circumstances outside our control, the meeting was cancelled. Because it was cancelled 4 days before the starting date, we could only get 15% of the money back. I understand that it is written clearly in the contract. However, the booking included accommodations, lunch and coffee breaks. The amount was actually substantial. If the rooms were booked separately, we could have cancelled them up to the day before with no penalties. My advice, book every item separately. By grouping all items together, there was a 10% discount, which is not worth the risk. As a good-will, I expected them to offer a discount next time I make a similar booking, which of course is not offered. So, I will communicate this to the entire company of 100+ people and make sure that we will not give business not only to Quality Hotel Panorama but the entire chain.
