Hotel terbaik di Big Flats

自駕遊途中停留康寧小鎮，發現這個距離鎮有十幾公里的Hampton Inn比城裡那家便宜，就訂了。酒店各個方面都中規中矩，無可挑剔。但皮膚出現紅疙瘩，皮癢難眠，懷疑房間裏有跳蚤。第二天早上退房時告訴了前台，希望他們把檢查結果通知我們，以便我們採取措施防範，但沒有收到任何消息，因此沒給高分。

Sometimes you can go to a trusted brand, like Courtyard, and not be satisfied. But sometimes you are more than happy, like my husband and I were on our recent stay at the Courtyard in Elmira/Horseheads. We were visiting family in the area, and wanted something clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. We found the hotel to be immaculate, both in common areas and the room. We loved the room - lots of lighting and charging stations, comfortable bed and bathroom. We didn't take advantage of the Bistro, but did buy some coffee. Staff was friendly, courteous and professional. We will definitely return.

As the person responsible for booking hotel rooms for all the technicians, they have never had an issue with this hotel and we will continue to use this hotel when in the area.

This is nice basic motel if you don’t care about bells and whistles. It’s clean, comfortable and offers everything you could need during your stay. There was shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, makeup wipes, ironing board and the best water pressure in the shower I have ever had in a hotel.

Stayed for a quick night on my way to Seneca Lake the next day. During the current health situation, I was curious to see how certain things would be done and was pleased with how Marriott and this property's staff responded. Used the Marriott app on my phone to check in prior to arrival. Once I entered the hotel, there was ample signage to wear a mask, sanitize, and social distance. Greeted warmly and was asked to just verify my credit card on the reservation and was handed key packet, advised of breakfast in the morning and the pool/fitness center being closed, and sent on my way. Arrived in room, wiped everything down (for my peace of mind) and noticed the room in good order and everything looked cleaned. Bed was very comfortable, air conditioning was mostly quiet, and noise level from surrounding rooms was not very noticeable (except the loud car driving through the lot outside). Hotel is located in a shopping center with Walmart, Cracker Barrel, Red Robin, Ulta, Dicks Sporting Goods, Kohls, and others. Close by to Target, Dunkin, Starbucks, and Panera Bread as well as the mall a short drive away with other restaurants. Quick on and off rte 17. Checked out by Marriott app, dropped keys in container near front desk and was on my way. Breakfast buffet was not available but there were bags available at desk in morning which included water, oranges, muffins, and granola bars. Keeping this hotel in mind the next time I need a quick stay for the area.

The hotel was full so there were many people at breakfast with no place to seat. Coffee machine didn’t have milk and the day after still didn’t have milk so couldn’t do my morning coffee. Room wasn’t cleaned, only towels were changed and the bed was fixed, dirt and things on the carpet and floor were left untouched. The room was big and condemnable. We did get a room with a connecting door and we could hear the other family in the room. The stay was just ok.
