I have been waiting to write this review for over 10 months! My husband and I had a hotel block for our wedding on 5/20, and Staci Johnson is the best person we had the pleasure of working with to ensure our hotel block and wedding arrangements were all set (manager of hotel). Staci is the definition of amazing hospitality! Staci helped me arrange the conference room info a bridal get ready room, which my friends and family loved! From the minute we contacted the hotel she was attentive and always willing to help! She made sure our hotel block could check in early, that our welcome bags were being given out and helped coordinate our after party activities/pizza. We are so happy to have met such an amazing person with a great heart. Staci goes out of her way to make sure her guests are happy and comfortable. Ben and I are excited to visit Sonesta Foxborough post renovation to see the great work Staci is leading. It is hard to find employees like Staci who go ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure the guests feel like their big day is in great hands. We also LOVED Britany in the front desk, who greeted us and all of guests with a big smile and a warm welcome! THANK YOU Sonesta Foxborough (main shoutout to Staci) for helping my husband and I have the best hotel wedding logistics - we love you! G+B

After a really long day of travel I got to the hotel and was greeted by Breanna at the front desk. She gave me what I can call the initial hotel greeting, asking about day, flight and the rest. She was very polite and courteous and had a smile the whole time. I go to my room and kinda settle in then decide to grab some food nearby. When I came back a couple hours later, Breanna saw me and was all smiles and very welcoming even remembering my name. Probably the best greeting I have had in a long time. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Will be using it again when I am in town. Thank you

This is my home away from home when traveling in the area. The pros in order of my preference- Pet friendly Super-Duper Friendly staff (where do they find associates that are ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and kind regardless of the day or time???) They always make me feel special. Always!! And I am not even a frequent guest. Rooms are cozy and clean The beds are so plush and comfy!!! Easy to park, even with a UHaul It feels like I am in the country, but have the city conveniences of large grocery stores, coffee shops, and shopping plazas within minutes of a drive Coffee always available, even for early morning folks Washer and dryers available 24 hours Cons- none. Absolutely none!

We chose this property as it appeared to be quite close to Gillette stadium. We came down for a conference and didn't want to stay somewhere that would require a long drive even in the morning. I always check ******* and the reviews appeared to be quite favorable. When we checked in, it was a flawless procedure. We had to walk around the outside of the building to get to a set of stairs leading to the second floor. When we opened the door, we were greeted with a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The hallways were quite narrow and I could tell there had been some damage to walls in the past that had been repaired. The area appeared as though many of the rooms were occupied by people who are living there. While walking down the hallway, I could smell the dirty rooms. A short distance down the hallway we walked down to another section of the property. When we opened the door, there was quite a difference! The hallway was wide, it was clean, and there was a pleasant smell. The rooms were spacious with all recently updated furnishings and fixtures. The room was equal to many other hotels that I have stayed at. The property itself was less than 2 mi from Gillette stadium, which is a bonus. I did not see anyone hanging around the rooms on our way through the hallways, but I did hear televisions playing in most of the rooms. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a place close to the stadium. I would also recommend checking first to make sure that you get one of the new rooms.

The location was absolutely perfect plus it was a huge win by being able to take a car service to and from the hotel so I didn't get lost since I'm not from the area. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very very clean which made me a very happy satisfied customer.

Excellent experience at this hotel! Over and above staff: friendly, helpful and professional. Large, spacious and clean suites. Delicious hot complimentary breakfast including homemade oatmeal and make your own waffles. Large, comfortable lobby with tea, coffee and hot chocolate area always available. Nice little market area to purchase some snacks, drinks and microwave meals. Large fir pit and seating area outside. There is also a nice pool and exercise room. Paul in the breakfast room and Tommy at the front desk were outstanding!
