PPengguna TetamuNice, new-ish hotel about two blocks from the Falls at Reedy Creek trail and directly across the street of the minor league baseball stadium. About five blocks from the main shopping district downtown; an easy stroll. We had a top floor room (8th floor) and was pretty quite overall. You can still hear traffic noise even that high up. The hotel was very clean and well managed. I liked the onsite parking garage included with the room. Don't know if I'll ever get used to paying $300 or so a night for any hotel, but it is what it is. And at least it has a kitchenette. Breakfast was much improved from the time I was there during COVID, which was nothing more than a granola bar and water. I would definitely stay again, even with the price.

PPengguna TetamuWe enjoyed one night at this gorgeous hotel! This was a quick holiday getaway for myself and my teen daughters. The hotel facilities are top notch with beautiful decor and amazing views and location. We enjoyed the pianist in the lobby, drink up check in, easy valet service and storage of luggage while we walked around downtown before leaving. The staff were overall extremely friendly with only a few exceptions that were just mediocre. The room had lots of seating which was nice as well as soft blankets on the bottom of the beds, although the blankets looked as if they needed a wash with some spots of things so unfortunately could not use. We enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace and being able to walk to the beautiful scenery of the river, great shopping, and food options such as Gather GVL food hall and ice cream at Marble Slab. And I was thrilled the cute little holiday market right outside the hotel was open for us to shop around and grab some great smelling holiday candles. Breakfast at Between the Trees was amazing - highly recommend the omelets and blueberry pancakes!

CCarla ChristieHotel ini sangat bagus. Terdapat sebuah restoran besar bernama Twin Peaks mungkin 100 kaki dari hotel ini jadi anda tidak perlu pergi jauh untuk mendapatkan makanan. Meja penyambut tetamu adalah bagus. Saya terpaksa menunggu bilik saya siap tetapi itu tidak begitu teruk. Saya menempah bilik katil raja. Bilik itu sangat luas. Ia sangat bersih dan mempunyai pencahayaan yang hebat. Katil adalah sangat selesa dan bersih. Hotel ini menyediakan gel mandian, syampu dan perapi di dalam bilik sekiranya anda terlupa. Terdapat TV bersaiz bagus di dalam bilik dan saluran yang baik. Terdapat tempat duduk yang selesa di dalam bilik juga. Ia sangat tenang dan saya suka itu.. Secara keseluruhan saya suka penginapan saya.

PPengguna TetamuWe got there almost late for the two o clock show across the street, lady got us checked in quickly and we were on our way! Really appreciate the service and she had the college football game on in the bar when the show was over just for us! Lively people and a decent breakfast too! Added bonus was done of the dancer’s and their families we’re staying there as well so we got to meet some great people. A very cool vibe all the way around, would definitely stay here again.

MmitchellgeraldVery nice place but amenities are minimal. Not hot tub or jacuzzi. Faucet was extremely loose. But mostly, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud that you can hear it even with the bathroom door closed. When I called all I was told was close the bathroom door; Room 524. Otherwise, it's a great place for the night.

MMONICA BOOTHHotel isnt worth da money👌because dey dnt even have mirowaves in it you have to literally request it❗❗❗besides all dis dam money for dese rooms and you have to pay for breakfast smh $15 a person ain't no way when you can go to fa golf resorts on verdae and spend less and get free breakfast and swimming area in or out side❗❗and you can barley sleep for da damm house keepers are aggy dey comes to your room way before check out tyme and a right after da tyme has come to check out❗nowww da beds are very comfy and floors be half away clean da house keepers should take more tyme cleaning dese rooms but location was a plus and quiteness was a plus to❗to be honest all folks is paying for is da name HILTON dats it❗anything over hundred dollars should include microwave,refrigerator,breakfast and etc and i know you get wat you put in❗im really disappointed at dis hotel and wouldnt recommend it to no one to be honest❗

LLeashley EllisPerfect location and convenient to many spots from fun to food for date stays or family. My only negative would be the fact certain rooms are literally pool rooms and I witnessed two different moments where only selected parents were rudely addressed about ALL the children (even ones not with them) being loud in the pool due to complaints and was verbally informed that it was a privilege for them to be at the pool until closing which is at 11pm! Other than that being addressed incorrectly I’ll say it’s a great spot, just don’t take your kids to the pool because if they get too loud the pool will close early for “maintenance” bs!

BBruce FredricsThe snacks were too limited. The TV did not work much of the time. For a Deluxe King room, it was smaller than expected. One lamp did not work until if I discovered that it was unplugged. The bed covers were too light, too thin, and I had to use my own blanket, which I then forgot about and left in the room at checkout. The breakfast time ended too early at just 9:00 am. The keys to the lock did not work and had to be reconfigured. Over all it was ok for the money, but I will look for other hotels next time. The hotel seems like it needs better care inside and outside.
