Mereka tidak pernah membersihkan bilik apabila saya tinggal selama dua hari. Mereka mengenakan bayaran berlebihan kepada kad kredit saya. Saya sudah membayar sebelum ini. Hotel ini setingkat dengan hotel lapangan terbang di Mexico dengan gunung. Saya tidak mencadangkan tempat itu.

We have stayed in this motel several times in the past and find it a good value for the price. The room is clean and comfortable with a large screen TV and the breakfast is especially good with something to please everyone. It even includes biscuits and sausage gravy and make it yourself waffles.

The room I stayed in was beside the pool and athletic center. It smelled musty and of chlorine. The smell was very overwhelming. I went to the front desk and I was told there was no rooms available. However, the website showed 4 available. The front desk clerk (which out of respect I will leave out their name) was very rude and disrespectful. She did state the smell was from the pool. She offered me Febreeze. I was kinda shocked by her behavior. She raised her voice several times. As someone who works with customers I would never treat others this way. I had no other place to go due to I had business in this area. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told they went home sick. I did not stay the night in the room I stayed in another co-workers room while still paying for my current room. I was told the next morning by a different clerk this was an ongoing issue with this room. They were working on correcting it, however the evening before I was told I was the first complaint which was a lie. I left my contact information with three different people and I have never received a call from any manager over my concerns or issue.

We think this was a wonderful place to stay after a long hard drive in bad rain in WV. This Hampton was very nice, and clean with a wonderful atmosphere and decor. We were graciously welcomed by the general manager. He was so helpful. He suggested a fantastic Mexican restaurant across the street. It was beautiful and the food was great! I loved the house sangria. The area was a safe, hometown, quiet, kind of place to be. Our room was very clean, and it had everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty and surpassed most motel breakfasts.
