"Initial thought is the resort is beautiful. Staff is friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The room was beautiful, modern and spacious. Waterpark itself is okay for me, I've been to better. The spa is really small but I wanted my husband to experience his 1st spa, so for him it was the best and didnt want to leave. The massage therapist was immaculate. Food and drinks were okay. Tried to kayak but motor was down on their boat so couldn't do any of the lake activities per staff just incase someone gets lost they wont be able to come get you. Con of the trip was not knowing when you get there you'll pay additional parking and resort fee plus deposit. No lake activities except fishing at the pier. Overall it was a good 1st time experience there."

"Great hotel with well maintained and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the breakfast/bistro workers. Although the hotel is not next to much, it’s is comfortable removed from the bustle of tourist areas. Will stay here again when in Orlando."

"Das Zimmer war groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vollwertige Küche mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank sowie einer Spülmaschine. Das Bett war sehr bequem und es gab einen großen Fernseher mit zahlreichen Programmen. Das Bad war auch top; Föhn, Duschgel, Shampoo, Conditioner sowie Bodylotion standen zur Verfügung.
Man muss wissen, dass viele Reisende ihre Hunde mitbringen und leider hatten wir daher auf dem Teppich noch Hundehaare. Für Leute mit einer Allergie vielleicht nicht optimal, ansonsten war aber alles sauber.
Pool und Fitnessraum haben wir nicht genutzt. Es standen Laufbänder und Fahrräder zur Verfügung, auch eine Peloton-App konnte auf dem TV im Zimmer genutzt werden.
Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse auch in Ordnung. Bagels, Rührei, Bacon, oatmeal, Waffeln und Cornflakes.
Es gab einen kleinen Bereich mit Supermarkt-dingen, die man bei Bedarf kaufen kann. Ebenso hat man die Möglichkeit gegen Gebühr Bier zu zapfen. Wasser und Eiswürfel standen auch zur Verfügung."

Ttracey grangerWe were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

Room 1415.
Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly.
Lobby area has a ton of space to hang out with friends and family.
Pool is HUGE. It shares with its sister resort next door, but has a ton of sitting area.
There is a Pool bar, Flamingo Bar & Grill, which serves great drinks and amazing Pizza.
Saw a Game Room and a gym. They have a small pantry you can buy some snacks.
Plenty of parking is available. Free WIFI (no issues using my laptop).
Breakfast is also included with your stay. They have the basics, but plenty of options for all in your party.
Had a King Suite room on the 4th floor.
Having stayed at other Springhill Suites, I knew what this room would be like.
Super comfortable bed and pillows. The room was super clean with plenty of pillows and towels.
Bathroom was very clean and loved the shower products.
The A/C was super cold and the TV had the option to stream Netflix and other services.
Microwave coffee maker and mini-fridge were also in the room.
Size of room is great. Comfortable and clean.
LOCATION: Flamingo Crossings
This is an area that Disney announced many years ago was coming. It is on the West Side of Disney property. I drove to Epcot in 15min and Disney Springs took me about 25 min. Since Flamingo Crossings is still being built out, traffic is not bad at all. Also, its not in a busy tourist area. So if you are looking for peace after spending a long day at the parks, this area is a great choice.
Free WIFI, breakfast, plenty of parking, large pool, comfortable & clean accommodations + location, this Springhill’s Suite is really an amazing value.
I can’t wait to stay here again.

The restaurant on site has tons of diet friendly options. Overall excellent experience from check in to check out. We will definitely stay again.

The hallways smelled a bit musty as well as the room.
Maybe the rugs need to be cleaned more often.
The hotel appears to be older which accounts for small lower quality upgrades in the room.
The upgrades done were somewhat lacking like incomplete paint trim in the restroom which included rough door bottom edging with pealing paint, as well as rust at the bottom of the metal door frames.
The shower head was old and outdated and did not function properly for adjustment of different spray options.
The restroom fan was loud, pool quality and connected to the light switch so both are on at the same time.
This did not allow the light function at late night without the noisy fan.
The fan should be replaced with a much quieter better quality type like a Panasonic multi speed.
The towels were clean and also had a musty smell.
The window covering did not function properly and was difficult to operate.
The room light switching was located only at the entrance to the room which was a long hallway before entering the room.
An addition set of redundant switches closer to the main room would be a very helpful convenience preventing long trips to the main door for night shut - off or modulation of lighting within the room.
Overall I would rate the Hotel based on price and room at 3 or 3.5.
However, the staff was very attentive and responsive, the hotel was properly staffed for quick check-in and deserve a rating of 5.
General appearance, lobby and common area cleanliness is rated as a 4.5 only because of the musty smell in the hallway walking to the rooms.

PPengguna TetamuHotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.

Staff are accommodating.
Breakfast was good but hopefully a breakfast buffet will be available too so as to have more options for the free breakfast included.
Definitely would rebook here for future travels and staycations.

NNadègeL'hôtel est juste bien pour y passer une nuit car il est situé à 11 minutes de l'aéroport. Ce qui est pratique pour nous qui avions un vol avec une arrivée tardive.
Le parking est gratuit.
Le petit déjeuner est simple, correct et inclus.
Le service de sécurité est bien car il y a un garde qui surveille l'hôtel nuit et jour.
Les cafards? Oui nous en avons vu. Vu la chaleur et l'humidité ça doit expliquer leur présence au rez de chaussée mais cela ne doit pas permettre au personnel d'ignorer leur présence quite à en laisser un la nuit de notre arrivée jusqu'au matin de notre départ.
La chambre est grande, les deux grands lits sont parfaits pour une famille de quatre.
