Clean room, great staff, good location, walking distance to good food places

The hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

Kali kedua menginap di sini dan mendapat bilik gaya yang berbeza: mujurlah bilik ini tidak mempunyai bau yang pelik, tetapi saya terlepas cahaya hangat di atas bingkai katil yang dimiliki oleh yang terakhir :( Bilik menggunakan LED putih terang... yang tidak mengapa! Cuma bukan pilihan untuk bola mata saya. TV di dalam bilik ini sebenarnya berfungsi dengan betul! Bufet sarapan pagi yang hangat sedap! Kakitangan juga ramah!

It was my first time and the service was ok , could have been better. They gave us a key to someone else room when i checked in. The directions to the room could be displayed better.

You get what you pay for, not a bad choice just for one overnight stay but I wouldn’t want to stay here for too long. The room does smell a bit musty and the bathroom ceiling/wall appears to have water damage. Overall met my minimal expectations for the low price I paid.

The hotel is okay for price. It was clean in appearance, but had to kill roaches in room several times.

It is an excellent, peaceful location. The hotel seems to be old and needs renovations. Complimentary breakfast was not good but manageable for a quick one-night stay.
