Hotel terbaik di West Covina

Visited for a 3 night stay and was very pleased. Front desk extremely nice and was able to arrange rooms next to each other for our two families. We walked in with pizza one night and she kindly offered us plates and napkins. Breakfast is a really nice setup - plenty to choose from and I was so impressed with how hard they worked to keep it clean. All of the staff went above and beyond, kudos to this hotel! Right off interstate and several food options nearby. Thanks for the great experience!

Arrived at the hotel late at night and accidentally left my sneakers in the lobby. My husband went downstairs about 5 hours later to find them and ask the front desk girl, Janelle, if she had seen any sneakers. She said yes she did but she doesn’t know where they are. He asked if she put them in the lost and found and she said that it wasn’t her job to do that and that she wouldn’t touch those things. He asked why she didn’t call us after we checked in so we could come grab them. She responded that we were the ones that left them and it wasn’t her responsibility. I finally met him I’m the lobby and he told me about her bizarre behavior. I looked in the trash cans. I went outside and doing my shoes in the dirt behind a bush. I brought them into the hotel and showed her my shoes. I asked her why she would throw them in the dirt. At first she denied it then responded with I didn’t have time to deal with shoes. I told her her customer service was horrible and that she was lazy. She looked at me and said YOU ARE UGLY. I was shocked and speechless. We returned to the room and called down to talk to a manager. (Shock, no manager on duty for the whole weekend). The same girl, Janelle, said we were harassing her and she would call the cops to have us escorted off property. WHAT???? I called corporate and they took a report but never returned my call the rest of the weekend. I guess a bunch of rude, incompetent children are running this hotel and no management around to keep them in line.

Staff was great, had a fabulous breakfast available free of charge at the hotel as well

BW WEST COVINA was the perfect spot for us, being in the middle of where we want to go. As a family traveler, it was welcome news to find out that there's Walmart, Target and others within 1 km walking distance, Denny's and others are at the back with 250 m walking distance. There's nearby, walkable places to dine, shop and other tourist things that can be done. The BEST THING of course is the hotel front desk is very hospitable, helpful and considerate. Mr. Martin, specially made our stay there comfortable, stress free, easy and fun. Thank you Mr. Martin. They accommodated my request to store my luggage's while we were on a Bus Tour, checking In and Out was a breeze. Breakfast is free and always filled up by the gracious lady in charge. The place is very clean and tidy. The room given us was large and comfortable for the four of us, cleaned and tidied everyday. Basic amenities are what you’ll get and what you should expect; don’t think you’ll get anymore than that. We literally saw an arrest happen right outside our windows one morning.

Clean room and very quiet! If I ever go to West Covina again I will definitely get one room in this hotel. 100 % recommended!

I travel a lot, and Bonvoy is my preferred Hotel program. I traveled during the pandemic, and got used to poor or missing services, breakfast in a paper bag, short staffing, housekeeping issues, and more. This hotel is, by far, the worst property I have ever stayed in. And I think the honors belong squarely with the General Manager, Mr. Zamora. He has no business in the service industry. I needed a room for one night, on a Tuesday. Baldwin Park is not a garden spot to begin with, but I booked the room for myself and a guest because it was inexpensive. Platinum Elite benefits say that a room upgrade will be provided ”subject to availability”. What I didn't know was that ”availability” is a subjective term. The GM handled checkin. I provided my license and credit card before I was asked, but then had to produce my AAA card too, as Mr. Zamora is the only person who has ever asked for that before. I entered the number when I booked the room, but nothing gets past this genius. When I asked about a room upgrade, I was told that none were available. I told him that was unusual. He told me that there are eight suites in the hotel, but that none of them were available. I thought it was strange that all eight suites were booked on a Tuesday night in Baldwin Park, and he said that they were a business hotel. In any event, a quick search of the Bonvoy app revealed that several of the suites I asked about were available to book. I brought that to Mr. Zamora's attention, and he said that they were only available for full price, and that he wanted to keep them for that purpose. On a Tuesday night, at 6:00pm. The room I got was ok. Dated, but sufficient. The television didn't work. I will never be back. I'd rather sleep in the car than deal with the guy who's tasked with running that business. I've read similar reviews of this property on the Marriott website, and I wonder why Mr. Zamora is still employed. I've written corporate as well.
