The hotel is stunning, probably the best I’ve been in Do Son. The views are beautiful and the staff are very attentive. I’ve been pleasantly impressed with my stay here, the room was comfortable and clean which is really important for my stay. I’d highly recommend it. Staff members were particularly helpful like xuan dung who was great to me on my stay.

Отличный отель с хорошим сервисом. Бренд принадлежит как я понял японцам. Персонал максимально отзывчивый. Номера большие со всеми удобствами. В отеле есть бесплатная японская сауна. Завтраки по меню с очень большим выбором, заказывать надо с вечера. Завтрак очень вкусный. Будете в Хайфоне весьма рекомендую.

設施：比較舊，但是該有的都有。用品比較好，符合4星水準。
衛生：很乾凈，每天打掃到位，生活用品補充到位。
環境：很漂亮很寧靜，中間有個庭院，比較私密。位於市區，出入方便，出去吃飯也方便。
服務：很好。前台和服務人員會英文。

Excellent facilities and amenities. You could not find any better options in Hai Phong City with only $45 per night included with: Continental Buffet Breakfast, free access to Gym, Pool, Sauna. The location is a bit far from the City Centre (crossing the Bridge to Lach Tray Street and 10 minutes on cab to the City Opera House). The room was perfect and well equipped with all needed amenities. One thing to recommend the Property is provide some more kitchen tools as you already provide kitchen corner.

There is no A/C - only fan so at night it's kinda loud.

근처 맛있는 식당들도 즐비해 있습니다.
단...화장실에서 슬슬 나는 똥냄새..
이것만 없다면 정말 좋은 호텔입니다.

We stayed at the Moon Boutique Hotel for one night while visiting Cat Ba island. The hotel is very well located on the town's main street and all sights on the island are easily accessible from this point.
The room was large, stylishly decorated and had a very comfortable bed.
Our favorite part of the hotel however was the staff! They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and have a nice time on the island! They provided us great information about activities, prepared excellent welcome drinks and breakfast and always had a smile on their face. It was also very nice to see how well they worked as a team! Definitely the best hotel on Cat Ba!

The room has a huge bed, good bathroom. Cleaning service was good. Towels for the beach are provided. The breakfast was good and had a big enough variety (pancakes, bacon, egg, fried noodles and rice, pho, fruits and juices, …)
The extra services were also really helpful. We did laundry service (40k per Kilo), booked a scooter (100k per day), booked a day boat cruise for the bay and our bus back to Hanoi directly at the reception without any trouble.
The reception manager had good enough English and was really helpful. He gave us a cold drink when we arrived and gave us a short intro into the surroundings. We also got extra water and juice when we once waited in the lobby. Thanks!
Also the rest of the staf was friendly and helpful.
The also tried the best to support us: when we were not super happy with the boat tour (did not fully match the description) he dealt with the company and gave us a good discount. Also when we had the scooter only for a few hours, he gave us 50% off.

Stayed here for 2 nights, was a clean and spacious room with comfortable beds. Laundry service was quick and our clothes all came back in great condition and smelling fresh! They organised a day boat tour for us which was brilliant with Cat Ba local, and we hired a bike from them for the day under very short notice and it was no problem for them. Very helpful and friendly, breakfast was yummy (eggs one of 3 ways with pancakes or toast), with coffee or tea. Really recommend!

BBec TryonThe hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

MMerkenThis hotel is incredibly beautiful and well located. The beach, pool and views to the islands are stunning. The room was ok, big size. Breakfast was delicious, with lot of western options and Vietnamite options aswell to try the local food. The only problem for us is that we went on low season so most of the facilities were closed , only one restaurant was open so we didn't have to much options to choose, we didn't like that because we booked the hotel considering the variety of things that the hotel offer and they didn't told us that in advance. Other thing, is that the staff was so friendly and willing to help, but most of the people didn't speak English so was a little bit complicated to ask for things. But in summary, hotel is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.

JJasperThe room had. A very nice view of the lake, so that was nice. However, overall the experience was not great. Rented a scooter from the hotel, but this scooter was consuming petrol at an amazing rate. After only half hour already 3 liters gone, so left without gas somewhere. Found 2 liter of petrol and returned to the hotel, agian after 20 minutes empty, so had to walk the last part. Really something wrong with this scooter, but still had to pay. Also in the room several electric sockets didn't work, some amenities for the toilet/shower were missing. Breakfast Phố gà next morning was complete tasteless with dry and old chicken. So, despite the polite and friendly people and great location, overall was a disappointed experience. The potential is there, but at the moment lack the execution.
