From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded all my expectations from luxurious rooms, elegant décor, plush bedding, and calming tones made for a perfect retreat. The room was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was speechless. Well-equipped wellness amenities,  a serene spa with hot and cold jacuzzi, a huge steam room, sauna and a refreshing heated swimming pool over looking the mountains.  What truly set this stay apart was the hotel’s client ambassador Ms Alissa, a genuinely attentive professional who acted like a personal concierge throughout my stay who provides proactive updates on local tourist conditions and attend to my needs be it arranging for high tea and booking of spa services.  Each day, I received timely briefings on weather patterns and conditions at nearby tourist spots. This insightful information helped me plan my outings with confidence. Last but not least, the GM, Steven Tan was so warm, ensuring the guest are comfortable during breakfast time. He is from Singapore by the way and had been running the resort for 8 years. Great job Steven!! My overall experience (Excellent) The hotel’s ambiance was welcoming and polished striking the ideal balance between luxury and comfort. The facilities made it easy to unwind, stay active, and explore the tourist place with confidence. The client ambassador’s attentive, almost personal-concierge approach elevated the stay from excellent to unforgettable. I left with wonderful memories and a strong sense of having experienced truly thoughtful hospitality and will surely come back again later this year to explore places that I have did not visit.

We had a lovely stay during our visit in Sapa at the Junior suite Mountain View at 5th floor. Great view to mountain and the lake, some part were obscured with the backyard structure from other building but can still enjoy great views. Friendly staffs and reception - Diu and Chien were quite welcoming and helpful in many ways. They speck fairly good English which is a great bonus for us. Also help as booked tickets to Fansipan which was quite convenient for not having to queue at the ticket counter. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

This place is amazing. They stay true to their words - to be eco-friendly and reduce wastage. Nam and his team were very helpful and Nam is exceptionally attentive to our needs. The room is exactly the same as the photos on Trip.com and we received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated bed when they know that it’s our wedding anniversary. The common area has a fireplace where guests can gather around and have small conversations. The food and drinks (including cocktails) were so good that almost every day we would rather stay at the resort to have our meals. Nam makes great cocktails! Lastly, there is a resident dog, as well as a cat. Both are adorable and love to be around people. Our stay with Eco Palm House is amazing. Great place, great view, and great people! We will certainly recommend to our family and friends. Hope we are also able to visit and stay here again!

Kami menaiki bas tidur semalaman dari Hanoi dan hasilnya kami sampai ke Sapa pada jam 6 pagi. Kami dijaga oleh kumpulan concierge dan kakitangan yang paling hebat. Kami dihidangkan teh dan juga perlu menyegarkan diri menggunakan kemudahan di kolam renang dalaman mereka kerana waktu daftar masuk tidak sampai petang. Kakitangan concierge sangat prihatin. Terkejut kami, dia memberikan kami pengering rambut untuk digunakan apabila dia menyedari bahawa kami mempunyai rambut basah semasa menunggu di lobi. Kolam renang luaran mempunyai pemandangan yang menakjubkan walaupun ia adalah Bandar Kabus. Kami mencuba perkhidmatan bilik mereka dan memesan Pho dan congee, mereka sedap! Semasa menjelajah Sapa, kami menemui jalan pintas ke Sun Plaza melalui hotel kami dan ia menjadi laluan kegemaran kami yang sering digunakan semasa perjalanan ini. Kami menikmati penginapan kami dan akan mengesyorkan hotel ini kepada rakan-rakan kami jika mereka merancang untuk pergi ke Sapa.

The hotel is amazing. It had great views and the staffs were very helpful. It had a pool big enough to fit a lot of people but I couldn’t use it. The location is very close to the alpine coaster which was nice since I loved that place. The bed was very comfy and the room was very spacious. The bathroom was really nice because it had glass wall that looks into the bedroom and the balcony which makes me see the view while getting ready.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

We had a wonderful time in Azalea. The room is exactly as the advertised photos online. It’s very spacious with a good view. You can easily tell that the furnitures are new and of good quality. It’s complete with everything you need from a hotel. The best thing about Azalea is also their cleanliness both in our room and lobby area. It even smells good. I have no complaints about it. Hot shower was also easy to adjust. best hotel with good value for money. Their massage area is also affordable compared to the prices outside. Their sauna and jacuzzi area are clean and spacious. On top of this, the breakfast was really good. Pho and rice yoghurt was amazing and there were a lot of choices to choose from. The highlight of our stay was the friendly staff at the reception area (both the girl and boy). We arrived around 7am, way too early before our checkin but they immediately assisted us, allowed us to stay in the massage area and even offered us towels to have a quick shower. They were very efficient and welcoming.

Kebaikan kakitangan, nilai hotel yang hebat, berdasarkan rujukan daripada rakan pengembara, saya menempahnya dan saya rasa ia kurang, bilik yang hebat, kebersihan, bufet sarapan pagi yang hebat, pemandangan gunung dari bilik saya ( Saya meminta naik taraf dan membayar perbezaan adalah keputusan yang sangat bijak (walaupun awan tebal yang meliputi segala-galanya), pemanasan, tetapi di atas semua KAKITANGAN (sebutan khas dan sangat berterima kasih kepada penyambut tetamu Miss Du'o'ng Thi Hue' , yang membantu kami Dia membantu dengan semua yang kami perlukan, profesionalisme dan kebaikan adalah kehangatan hotel yang hebat, kami berharap untuk kembali lagi dan menikmati penginapan kami di hotel.

It’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult. However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^ I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three. I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.
