From check in to check out process, everything is great. The room is very clean and spotless, and they provide everyday cleaning and towel replacement. They even provide us room with the best view and location. The room is so spacious and the bed is really great and comfy. I had a special request for my wife’s birthday celebration and they prepared a room designed with petals and brought in a cake on our first day. They also have a gym which I enjoyed during my free time. Their buffet breakfast options is also great and have a complete options from appetizers to mains. Everything about this hotel is great and we really enjoyed our stay here. The staffs service is superb and very accommodating. They even helped me with my concern with the bus booking going back to Hanoi.

Kereta tidak dibenarkan memandu oleh itu kami perlu berhenti di tapak pembinaan dan membawa bagasi kami untuk berjalan di atas jalan yang tidak rata (berlumpur dan banyak batu). Undoubtedly one of the finest hotels we experienced in Sapa and certainly worth considering! What made our stay particularly memorable was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel staff on my birthday. They graciously surprised us with a birthday cake and a heartfelt card, transforming an already wonderful stay into an exceptionally meaningful celebration. The staff were consistently warm, courteous, and accommodating, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, offering an extensive and delectable selection that catered to a variety of preferences. There was certainly no shortage of choices! The location is another remarkable advantage. Situated within close proximity to Sun Plaza, as well as numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants, the hotel is highly recommended for travellers who appreciate the convenience and vibrancy of Sapa’s town centre while remaining surrounded by its spectacular mountainous scenery. And for those specifically searching for a hotel with a picturesque view of the iconic Sapa mountain train, this is definitely one to consider. I had a great stay at Azure Sapa Hotel overall. The staff were polite and accommodating, and the hotel offers convenient services such as laundry and luggage storage. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and while the breakfast selection was fairly basic, it was filling. The location was excellent. It was close to the town center and the Fansipan station, but the area was still quiet. There were plenty of nearby coffee shops and restaurants with beautiful mountain views, as well as a massage place directly across from the hotel. My room had large windows with a great view, and the views from the hotel restaurant were even more impressive. The only downside was that my room was directly underneath the restaurant, so I could frequently hear chairs scraping across the floor, which became a little annoying. I would still stay here again, but next time I would request a room with better soundproofing or one that is not directly below the restaurant.

Our group of four found our stay at Azalea Sapa Hotel truly exceptional, from the moment we booked two rooms. The service was impeccable from the outset; staff promptly assisted with our luggage, offered complimentary warm tea, and ensured a seamless check-in process. The rooms themselves were a picture of cleanliness, spaciousness, and pristine comfort. One of our rooms even offered a breathtaking valley view, though inclement weather regrettably limited our enjoyment of it. A personal highlight was the thoughtful provision of toiletries, particularly the ample tissue paper and the diverse selection of towels—body, face, and hand. Both rooms boasted reliable hot and cold showers with consistently strong water pressure. While the breakfast buffet may not have offered the vast variety found in some other establishments, the Pho was an absolute revelation. It became a daily eagerly anticipated delight, largely thanks to the wonderfully warm and kind lady who meticulously prepared it and, as a bonus, cooked excellent eggs. A minor observation, perhaps, is that for extended stays, the breakfast selection might eventually feel somewhat repetitive, yet its overall quality remained consistently high. Unfortunately, the cold and rainy weather prevented us from experiencing many of the hotel's amenities, including the pool. However, I did manage to utilize the gym. Though somewhat minimalist, it offered a comprehensive full-body workout with fairly new and meticulously maintained equipment. A true bonus was the ability to exercise while soaking in the majestic mountain views and a captivating sea of clouds. A slight discrepancy was noted regarding outdated information; a pamphlet mentioned a 4 PM tea break, which, upon inquiry, was no longer offered. They also offer a massage, sauna, and jacuzzi but we were not able to try them. The hotel's location is highly convenient, offering easy access to Sun Plaza and a host of iconic spots and cafes. It's worth noting that the hotel sits on an uphill slope, and the shortcut to Sun Plaza involves a few flights of stairs, which might pose a challenge for some guests. Nonetheless, a nearby mini-mart provides convenient access to essentials, beverages, and snacks. In conclusion, despite enduring a storm and adverse weather throughout much of our Sapa visit, the Azalea Sapa Hotel and its dedicated staff transformed what could have been a dreary experience into one of comfort and genuine satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

My first solo birthday trip to Sapa was truly special. I don’t regret my decision to book this accommodation at all — the view from the room and the surrounding area was surreal and exactly as advertised. Communication with the owner was acceptable. I had hoped they could accommodate my request for an early check-in since I was traveling on my birthday. Small gestures like this can make a big difference in the overall experience. Unfortunately, I was informed that there would be an additional charge for early check-in, which I understand. However, since I did not proceed with the early check-in request, I expected the room to be in clean and ready condition upon arrival. Sadly, there were hairs on the bedsheet and next to the bed, as well as some stains on the sheet, which indicated that it had not been properly cleaned before my check-in. There is also a café on the property called Matsu Café, where guests can enjoy coffee and meals (non-halal). I visited twice during my stay. The barista was very nice and friendly. On my departure day, while I was waiting for my transport, he kindly offered me a cup of hot tea, which I truly appreciated.

Very hospitable hotel! I arrived at 6am and they let me check in right away for additional 300k VND. They also let me check out late. The room is not luxury but clean and had everything I needed. The AC warmed my room very quickly, and hot shower worked fine too. They have many breakfast options. I really enjoyed my pho bo and black coffee. The view from my room was great.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast every morning was delicious with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed starting our day there. The view from the hotel was also beautiful and made our stay even more relaxing. We were especially grateful for the kind surprise of a complimentary one-night upgrade from our Superior Room to a Suite Room. It was a lovely gesture and made our stay feel even more special. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and memorable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed at Valley View and had a great experience. Convenient location with refreshing view and quiet place to stay for vacation. Caretakers are friendly and accommodating. The room is clean and comfortable with a best terrace if you want to check the view. Breakfast was tasty with home-y cooking style. Overall, this is a solid choice, and I’d stay here again.
