Location - The view is overrated as all the roads and constructions are in plain sight with tons of vehicle noise. Room - Terrible, we came back to our room full of ants and ant eggs that seemed to fall from the roof. To make it worse the room had been made up by the housekeeping. We got a swap of a new room but it was full of flies in the room itself and we had to use the mosquito swatter to eradicate the pests before we were able to fall asleep. Service - We need to call for the buggy service each time we need to leave our room for meals or to go for the site seeing as the room is an extended part of the resort. Each time we called for the service, we were told to wait outside the room (full of flies around), at times we waited for close to an hour. Crew - Best Crew award goes to the mosquito swatter, without it, we wouldn't be able to sleep in peace. The rest of the crew are basically just VERY concerned about whether we purchased the tickets for the attractions or have booked the transport to the city. Generally only recommend this place as a bed and breakfast instead of enjoying it like a resort.

We really enjoyed our stay in Eco Palms House. The food is delicious, the cocktails too, the staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well cared for. We stayed in a bungalow with views to the rice fields. The bungalow inside was very well decorated and well maintained. This can be the perfect accommodation for a honeymoon. Unfortunately both my husband and me noticed a bit of a pain in the back due to the mattress resting on wooden logs on the floor. I have however decided to give it five stars because the accommodation is certainly outstanding and perhaps this is just that we are used to our foam mattress at home. I would also recommend reviewing the price of the massages as it’s considerably more expensive that anywhere else we’ve stayed in Vietnam. Great location to do activities and hotel has their own transport to take you to Sapa town centre. We would definitely go back. Thank you very much for everything

We booked a mountain view room and were in the 3rd floor and we can see part of the mountain and the lake and the main town buildings. It was their winter so it was cold, foggy and damp the whole time. The staff are very friendly, nice, hospitable and really had a great service as they are so accomodating. The only thing we were a little upset was when we were resting after a long bumpy travel by bus, we put the Do Not Disturb sign outside the door but all of a sudden they just unlock the door because they was gonna fix something in one of their drawers. I was in my bra and panty laying in bed and they never even let us know ahead that they were gonna fix something. They dont wait when there is no more guest or give a heads up ahead so we will be prepared. We didnt want to be disturbed and it happened twice that they just unlock the door without knocking and asking. We are happy with their service though, there was no buffet breakfast but you can order from the menu and they will cook it for you fast. The staff in the restaurant were nice and accomodating, we tipped one that was always there to take care of our breakfast as she was really hard working. The hotel was very close to everything in the main town but it is just up on a hill but manageable, we love walking back n forth.

Lovely setting / we had one of the newer rooms which was LUSH! Fireplace, bath tub, excellent views etc so don’t skimp out when selecting. All in all a great place for an Ecolodge. Easy to do the 90 min walking loop through the valley - NO tour needed! Just walk and go! You’ll see 100 people in the valley with tour groups as you pass. Only fundamental issue for the hotel is their room service. We wanted to order a snack - fried corn (which costs 70k Dong). They informed any and all room service has a charge of 200k Dong fixed. This was just slightly frustrating as a matter of principle so being British and obviously passive aggressive we ate out instead. That rule should be fundamentally scrapped as a policy matter.

This hotel is exceptional. One of the best I have ever stayed at. Rooms clean, large, and modern. It has an interesting vibe as it’s relatively small so has that charm but still manages to capture the class that comes with bigger hotel chains. Feels like you’re staying in a Hilton that’s been shrunk down in size. The staff are amazing. Super friendly and helpful. I wanted to go up Mount Fansipan which I heard is a waste of money if the weather is bad, but you often can’t tell until you’re up there. The hotel receptionist knew someone on the mountain and called him to check, so I knew it was clear. That’s over and above service. The rooftop infinity pool is a standout. One of the most beautiful pools I have seen. A great way to end the day or chill after a tough trek. Location is great. Sapa in general is busy and touristy but the street this is on is slightly less hectic while still being close to the center. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. One thing to note is the basic rooms in this hotel don’t have windows, so if you want windows book the Superior Room. That’s what I did. You can’t see much from the windows though so if you want a view get a room with a balcony. The hotel is exceptional value for money anyway so it’s probably worth the expense. I would highly recommend the Sapa Soleil Hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed here for a short trip but it was fantastic. This is a great getaway if you’re looking for a nice and quiet place to relax. The scenery is beautiful, full of the locals gardens and mountains. It’s about 10 minutes or less from the main attraction areas but we didn’t mind. The main attractions tend to get crowded and loud so coming back to a quiet place at night was great. We taxied there and back thanks to the very helpful receptionist who would call the taxis for us. They have motorbike for rental too. Our room was great and comfy. We loved all the embroidery items and pictures displayed throughout the place. The people here are very nice and caring. Breakfast was delicious and many options to choose from. Pho for breakfast was A++. We also ate at the restaurant for Lunch/Dinner and the food was delicious. Wait time was a bit longer but you can tell everything was cooked fresh, so no complaints there. We ate here every day because the food was delicious and authentic. All the managers and workers were so nice and the atmosphere was great. Going to try the heated pool tomorrow. We had a pleasant stay overall. Next time we’ll stay longer for sure.

This is one of the only property available in Ta Van village. With all great features in the room, the room provides great view of the rice terrace. The hot showers are the best. The hotel has a swimming pool in terrace but couldn’t use it due to heavy rain and weather was extremely chilly. There are restaurants and cafes all nearby. Since Ta Van is famous for village walk and mountain trek, we chose this place. For trek, can book through hotel and cafés next door. The trekking guide will come at the hotel point and pick you. Best is one for not have to go back to Sapa city. Book here 1 night only for the convenient of village trek. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. He tried to ensure our comfort and even gave us early check-in. 2nd night if one chooses to stay then can stay at Sapa centre for exploring around Sapa. Only negative point is there is no room service and breakfast. The hotel is new hence they are finishing their restaurants and roof top cafe.

We had a great experience at the Bamboo Sapa Hotel. It's a peaceful and luxurious place to stay in Sapa. The staff, especially the manager Phuk, was very helpful. The hotel has beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and great facilities. I highly recommend it and plan to return in the future. ❤️

DdexxieOur recent stay at Aliana Sapa Hotel was nothing short from amazing.
We arrived early at 6am from Hanoi but the hotel wasn't open. We waited till around 7am and the hotel front desk staff - Chau Thi Hong Lien got us checked in early. I think also because the hotel wasn't buzzing with guests. This little touch made our day as we have been travelling 12 hours straight.
Lien not only welcomed us warmly but also gave us fantastic recommendations for our Fansipan trek and finding a local private guide to explore the Hmong village. The price we paid for the private tour was really reasonable too.
Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were all so polite and nice. Served ala carte I'll recommend to try the porridge, pumpkin soup, carrot soup, and scrambled eggs.
Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa town, but that's a good thing. It's still within walking distance, and being close to the Mgallery Metropole Hotel and Sun Plaza is a bonus for exploring the area.Our rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. And that balcony view was downright breathtaking.
To sum it up, Aliana Sapa Hotel - with its excellent service, friendly staff, incredible restaurant, and comfy rooms, it's a hidden gem in Sapa.

PPengguna TetamuVery good hotel, I stayed with 2 teenagers and they had their own room and I had my own. It was Family suite. Amazing breakfast! Very clean and service was pleasant. Location near by the city. Everywhere walking distance. Only issue we faced there were a construction going on next to the hotel and the noise started at 8am. So just check in the construction update and you may have more pleasant mornings

PPengguna TetamuRooms - Big, clean and spacious with gorgeous view. Feels like I am living among the clouds. Restaurant - The staffs are really attentive and friendly. - Breakfast has a good spread. Reception and Concierge - Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Spa - Had the hot stone and foot reflexology and love the techniques used by the Sapa masseur. - Staffs and masseurs are friendly. Room for improvement. - It is great that the hotel offers free transfer to Sapa Center/Station. Overall - Had a surprisingly fabulous stay and if I am back to Sapa, I will definitely stay again with Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel.

HHSIAO TIANVisited Sapa for honeymoon, special thanks to Mr Danial Linh and Ms Lala for their hospitality throughout the short stay. This hotel provides baggy services to bring the guest to and fro dinner places and back to hotel. Tried their spa, sauna,jacuzzi and steambath too. Everything are nice and strongly recommend for those who are or will be visiting Sapa to stay with them.

PPengguna TetamuLoved the stay here. On my visit, I think it was almost a full house booked by a local Vietnamese tour group. It might be, or might not be, because of that, but I was bumped up to a suite, for which I was really appreciative. The suite was super spacious, more space than I, a solo traveler, could need. The hotel was also classy and luxurious. I actually fell asleep in the bathtub and overslept. I took the night train to Sa Pa, so upon arrival it was obviously too early to check in. Hotel staff was very helpful to offer luggage storage while I went to the roof top to have my breakfast and prepare myself to visit Fansipan. Location was super central, only 5 minutes walk to Sa Pa square (where across the street you could catch the mountain tram from Sun Plaza to the cable car station for Fansipan). At the rooftop, and in my room, there were also great views available of the valley and mountain ranges. I think upgrading me to a suite was a great marketing move, because I was grateful and decided to have dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, as well as use their spa facility for a full body massage. Prices were pretty fair for in-house facilities, which I appreciated. Breakfast was a buffet — it wasn’t too memorable in my opinion, but the variety was huge, and the Vietnamese tourists seemed to love it. Staff were also friendly, helpful and great. All in all, I recommend this, and I would love to stay here again.

LLizzieWAfter 4 days on the ha giang loop we wanted to find somewhere to rest and relax. We were so impressed by this hotel that we booked an extra night, it’s easily the nicest place we have stayed in Vietnam and such great value for money. The hotel and rooms are really well kept and gorgeously decorated, beds super comfortable and cleaned each day. We had a minor issue with the heat for the shower which they fixed within 10 minutes and didn’t have an issue with after that - the shower is the best we have had in Vietnam too it was hot with good pressure. The reception staff are so kind and helpful which gives the hotel a personal touch. There was a huge selection for breakfast. Location is just out of the hustle and bustle so it’s nice and quiet but everything you need is a short walk away! I often question the legitimacy of reviews for hotels but can confirm this one is worth every penny!

PPengguna TetamuHighly recommended Hotel. Large room on the 6th floor had great views over the town and the mountains. A little back from the main road so quieter on the street. Breakfast was really good, omelette and pancakes were delicious. Good selection of fruits and juice as well. Staff very helpful with local tours etc and also do laundry here - charge 50k per kilo and takes about 24 hrs. There is some noise if there’s an event in the square close by so if your a light sleeper check first or take ear plugs just in case. Great to be in a cooler climate for a few days after Hanoi.

PPengguna TetamuVery nice and relax hotel. Arrived in the morning around 4+ and was upset that we can’t get to the hotel because of road work. Cars not allowed to drive over hence we need to stop at the construction site and carry our luggage to walk over the uneven road ( muddy and many stones). Not a long distance but I think the hotel management should notify the customers on this as it is really a hassle. Overall, the hotel is very comfy
