Pleasantly surprised, nice modern, clean, comfortable rooms. Parking available as part of the shopping centre $35 per night expensive. Free parking more difficult to find.

Staffs are hard to contact. They don't pay attention on the ex-customer. I asked for my receipts for my group. They didn't send me the correct receipt. I tried to follow but they didn't care anything. I don't recommend for anyone who will come for business issues.

I stayed 4 nights in a one bedroom apartment. I was given a key fob for underground parking du to the length of my stay which was fantastic. I had a room right near receptions that was perfectly fine. As I left the reception staff apologised if it was noisy but I never heard reception noise much at all. Late at night when everything was quiet the vending machine was noticeable but as it not used a great deal this was not an issue. Unit was clean and tidy and had everything I needed in it. The drier is a bit tricky and does not dry the clothes completely so if needing instant dry this could be an issue. I just hung the clothes for a few hours on the airier Would definitely stay again..

We stayed here after a disastrous booking in the city. Staff friendly, welcoming & helpful, we felt very at home. Newly refurbished room & en suite. Great bus & train links into the city, excellent pub 100m away for lunch/dinner & local café 5 mins walk away for breakfast. Would highly recommend as an alternative to city accommodation.

We were welcomed by a friendly, smiling receptionist, Tharindu. He was very helpful, bringing out a luggage trolley for us and showing us where to park while checking in. In our room, we were greeted by a platter of mini desserts and a card congratulating us on our 30th Wedding Anniversary, signed by the manager. We then re-arranged the room to suit us for 2 days and nights, including swapping out the desk chair for some more comfortable chairs. We were very grateful for Tharindu's easy nature and helpfulness. The room was extremely quiet, only once or twice did we hear a door shut, otherwise we weren't interrupted by any other guests and their movements. We were on the top floor (6th) which had great views to the north, over the Monash City Council outdoor and carpark area with plenty of trees. At night, the Glen Waverley buildings lit up, providing a surprisingly exciting vibe, we felt like we were in another city, in another state, not 12 mins drive from our house! The Glen has plenty to offer with shopping, cinema and a myriad of restaurants. Our hotel was just a 10 minute walk from everything, so we were able to go out several times to have a meal, a movie and the odd bit of shopping for some breakfast supplies. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant, but they were very kind to let us borrow some crockery and cutlery for our stay. Everything about our stay was positive except for the small matter of having to park off site. The car park underneath the hotel costs $20 per day, so we decided to park 1km away in neighbourhood streets for free. Most of the parking around The Glen is limited to 2 or 4 hours, so you'll need to walk a fair distance to find parking spots.

Impeccable rooms, fantastic atmosphere and outstanding staff. Absolutely brilliant trip. Having all of the hotel amenities & dine-in info directly from the tv was great. If you could order directly from the TV instead of needing to scan the QR code for a menu and then call front desk, that would certainly improve the overall experience. But the things that mattered where all there. Thanks to all the staff for making check-in & out so seemless.

The location of the service aparement is excellent. Also the receptionists are super helpful and nice. Whenever we need help, they will provide assistance immediately.

The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. You felt like you were family. The rooms were upstairs and quite secure, my only complaint is the stairs, of which there are a few, which meant carting luggage up and down the stairs. Probably not really suitable for older people,or,people with bad knees. The rooms were clean and modern , the freeway was 1 minute away and you couldn’t hear any noise. Buffet was yummy. Would definitely recommend for short term stays. Thanks guys enjoyed our time there.

Booked a package for a Spa room with a king size bed including breakfast post Covid lockdown. Room is quite large with a nice dining table & 2 single lounge chairs. Bed very comfortable & had an excellent nights sleep. Cushions are very large so you may not need two. Spa quite spacious for 2 people to fit easily & the bathroom is nicely appointed with 2 wash basins. Soaps & body wash tubes are provided for your use. We found that some of the food that we received did not match the menu. First was a Scotch fillet that mentioned chips & vegetables. Instead of vegetables, we received green salad leaves with parmesan. The other item was chocolate mousse with strawberries & cream, receiving instead chocolate mousse with a scoop of ice cream. Whilst a bit miffed at the inaccuracy of the menu versus what was received, the food was still good. This is all that prevented us giving a higher rating. I am sure there might be some patrons who would not take the menu differences as lightly as we did.
