The room wasn’t very clean. Coffee maker didn’t work, comforter was stained and dirty. No door on the oven.

Everything was well kept on property, staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. There were plenty of things to do on property at no cost abd there 2 restaurants were surprisingly very good for hotel dining. All in all this place was awesome and we will be sure to return and recommend to friends and family in the future!

Recommend staying here. Classy crowd and quiet. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy! Shower could us some updating, but overall, an lovely stay!

Plenty to do on the property as far as activities for adults and kids. Karaoke couple nights a week, mini golf, pools, and easy access to the food store.

This resort is very well cared for. Our one bedroom unit in the 400 series buildings was tidy, clean but dated. There was no full length mirror and was very lacking in surface space in the bathroom and bedroom. Vanity space non-existent.
If you are asked to attend a 90 minute presentation and offered gift cards and trips in return, please be aware IT IS NOT 90 MINUTES. We were there for FOUR HOURS. The lady doing our presentation was lovely so my husband and I didn’t have the heart to leave. Big mistake and waste of half a day :(
Please check BBB before you consider purchasing anything. Omg. So bad.
We did not appreciate the dishonesty and being roped in to missing 4 hours of our vacation when we were told it was going to be 90 minutes.
Good enough location if you’re going to Disney theme parks. Terrible if you aren’t. It’s the middle of nowhere.
We wouldn’t return here.

Absolutely amazing place! Lots to do on property. Within walking distance of publix (Aldi is also directly across from there). Full kitchen in the condo. Gated community and security constantly patrolling the grounds. The grounds are so peaceful and absolutely gorgeous! Perfect place to vacation if you're visiting Disney Parks.

Great stay, always enjoy staying at summer bay Orlando, disappointed main pool was shut down due to renovations, always enjoyed it, should have been on the website. Called about the injured cat and I don’t believe anything was done to help it.
