Ulasan Hotel Alza Kyoto

One of the nicest hotel with a lovely Japan and Kyoto like interiors in Kyoto for the price in the area. Room and bathroom is spacious and a large bath tub with tv is good plus point if you enjoy taking a bath. The front staffs are not the best and friendly ones but provide service you need. Our family stayed for 2 nights, one room in the 3rd floor and the other in the ground floor. The ground floor room has really bad moldy and cigarette smell, my husband and I notified hotel and asked if they gave us a smoking room by mistake. They said they will do something with it and when we back to the room at night we saw they kept opening the window but it was still smelly and disgusting. It was very unpleasant.

Wonderful all around, especially if you get lucky with snow. On the quiet side of the river for 8 nights. Obviously had the river view. Corner room on 4th floor is the best. Housecleaning is a bit too loud though. Super close to train station. Kyoto is worth the visit no matter what. We’ll be returning. Thank you

酒店很安靜，在鴨川旁的白川，周圍吃飯很方便，便利店也近，阪急線車站走路幾分鐘

房間比較大，交通還算方便。樓下地鐵震動太明顯，你如果去關注這事會很難受，前台客服態度也欠有好，二千多的房價，三星的服務水準，確實感覺不咋的

非常滿意的酒店！整體裝修考究，設計古典雅緻，尤其衞生間及浴室設備很棒！窗户隔音效果超好！衞生非常乾淨。前台有中文服務，早餐定時送至房間，味道也好，新鮮且豐富。交通也十分方便，推薦朋友選擇此酒店。一層窗户建議配窗簾，感覺不夠私密。

去了四次京都，住宿體驗最好的一次。房間很大，就在鴨川邊上，位置極佳，去商場景點很方便。強烈推薦。房間寬敞明亮。

之前去過很多次日本，閉着眼定的幾百到幾千的酒店都比這家酒店的住店感受要好。 首先，我們入住當天上午就到酒店，卻給了一間1樓的挨着前台的房間，我説我睡眠不好希望換一間樓上安靜的房間，前台服務員請示了領導後告知衹剩一間房，每晚還要補差價1000元/一晚。真是坐地漲價搶錢啊！ 其次，也慶幸沒補差價，因為酒店地下過地鐵，而且噪音特別大，真是補了差價挪到上面樓層也不可避免受到噪音的困擾，幸虧我帶了耳塞，但仍然能聽到地鐵駛過的聲音，真沒想到隔音卻做的這麼差的酒店，就像睡在鐵軌邊也好意思收費2000真是無語了。

1.酒店在鴨川邊上，鬧中取靜。且離地鐵站，公交站都是步行5分鐘以內的距離，地理位置相當優越。附近便利店，飯館一應俱全 2.房間衞生很好，洗浴等設施特別便利，房內該有的除味劑，小至剃毛刀指甲刀一應俱全。但床明顯偏軟，腰不好的話可能會睡得腰疼。 3.早餐預約了一天的，味道平平無奇，如果天天吃肯定會膩 4.總體服務很在線，會幫忙解答問題，幫忙用日語預約餐廳，但有的前台接待不是很熱情

酒店位於京都中心地帶，但又鬧中取靜。離四條河原大概步行十分鐘。酒店出門左轉150米是京阪線和京都市營地下鐵東西線站。酒店出門右轉沿着鴨川走200米是四條河原阪急線。四條河原的商業區就在那一片。離花間小道祗園近在咫尺。房間大而新，備品和床鋪有一定的品質。酒店身處衹園中心地帶，偶爾能看見真的藝*。早餐的話因為是定食有日式和西式 能吃飽，但會膩。

走出酒店轉個街口，就是網紅櫻花街，早晨趁人流還沒來，盡情擺拍。設施很智能，且安靜，服務很親切，早餐直接送進房間。

參餐食還可以，送到房間裏。鴨川沒我想象的近，以為是挨着的。

Hotel Alza是一家令人驚艷的飯店，絕對讓人想再次入住。飯店很相當新，設備相當的齊全。最重要的是，飯店直接位在河原町，讓你逛街購物都不成問題。地點很好，房間窗戶可見到鴨川景色。
