Premier Inn Cobham

Lovely quiet hotel. Standard Premier Inn in a quiet setting set back from the main road. The room was spotlessly clean and had clean towels each day. Breakfast was lovely..veggie choice available. Helpful staff and overall can't fault the standards of cleanliness. My only niggle would be a bit more storage space and an extractor fan in the bathroom but for 2 nights it was more than adequate. Would recommend

The entrance to the hotel was underwhelming, the palm trees are half dead and the grass is dead with **** filled planters randomly scattered alongside the path. Nice welcome from the front desk lady Room 42 was 27.5 degrees inside, no air con just a single fan and the icing on the cake was that the bathroom fan did not work, which we realised after having a shower, so the bathroom became a sauna!! Did ask for another fan, hotel full so non available. After going out to the races, we came back to the room and packed up and left as couldn’t face another night there. It was cooler in the hallways!! The hotel is tired, with blown windows and tired rooms Sort it out Premier Inn.

Stayed here in November & have stayed here before on previous occasions. Very pleased with our stay as always. Denise was on duty a lovely friendly helpful member of staff, had a lovely chat with her in the morning before we checked out. Would highly recommend a stay here.

A nice setting , but unfortunately it is all extremely tired and poorly maintained. On arrival I tried 3 different rooms to try to get one with more than half the lights working - without success. The comment from reception was they couldn't change bulbs themselves and maintenance hadn't been in for over a week. That evening the swivel plug in the ancient bathroom stuck closed so I had a basin full of dirty water. I reported it the next morning, by that evening they had done nothing and the lady on reception said there was no record . They offered us a complimentary breakfast, when we turned up the next morning the staff in the restaurant said they knew nothing about it. It simply appears nobody cares. I only ever stay at premier inn if I have no other choice.

Looking a bit tired and in need of a refurb.. The outside areas could do with a good tidy up too. Breakfast was okay, but certainly not as good as other Premier Inns we’ve stayed in. We’d paid for breakfasts but it hadn’t registered on the system and we had minor problems both mornings. Having said all that, the room was tired, but clean. Good shower, loads of hot water. Comfy bed. Did the business for providing bed and breakfast.

Room 20, was a turd in the toilet upon my arrival. Disturbingly no toilet paper to go with it so I’m guessing they didn’t wipe. Toilet water was nearly black so turd must’ve been in there a good 24hrs. Ceiling in bathroom needs a decent lick of paint as all flaking off. No tea/sugar etc upon arrival. No wifi signal in that room for entire 2days stay. Wouldn’t stay again, worst premier inn i’ve stayed in.
