Just a relaxing experience, It was a delight to stay here. Elavarasan from bell desk was very sweet and kind and helped us with our luggage. All the in room dining staff and room service staff were very professional and had a great attitude. It was refreshing to stay here! Definitely recommend 10/10

We are for South Africa and our tour guide booked Kiscos for us. He could not have made a better choice. From the time we walked in to thr time we left, the staff were awsome, very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were neat and clean. The restaurant staff were great. A shout out to Jithu, the restaurant manager and his staff and the receptionists Sampritha, Jaysuria and Sunith. I may have missed some names, all the staff were great. Thank you to all for a memorable stay.

It would be better to give information on check in process. No information was given. Welcome was not done very well. Even in much lower level hotels, they give a welcome drink. We reached to the hotel after five hours of travel by car. The hotel got a plan to arrange airport transport arrangements. However, after several attempts, the hotel failed to assist. The break fast was very good. The room is comfortable. The room should be cleaned better. A lot of hair in the room.

We had an excellent stay in ESS Grand hotel. Hotel is quite neat and staff are quite courteous and helping. Food and room service are quite good. Complimentary breakfast is good and food items are very tasty. They have extended our room for few hours beyond checkout time as we have a train to catch in the late afternoon. All the places like restaurants and shops are quite near by to the hotel. I'd definitely recommend ESS Grand for your comfortable stay. I'll definitely book ESS Grand for my future visits.

Let’s start with why I am rating it a 2 instead of a 1- they let us cancel our 2 day stay and get our money back on the second night. We got there a little later so we went right to bed. Woke up in the am to start getting ready and that’s when it started. Bathroom was disgusting - toilet not clean- shower not clean- there was hair in the drain and all over the wall. None of the faucets were clean and the room itself as we started looking around was covered in hair. We called the booking sight which said we had to talk to the hotel. Went and talk to the hotel staff and they initially wanted us to look at a different room. As they were talking with their manager- we went to breakfast. The breakfast area was unclean and I took a cup of coffee- got to the table to put in sugar and there was a hair in the coffee. Told the staff at breakfast that there was a hair in the coffee and he basically said whatever- I’ll get you a new cup- so we explained that it was in the coffee pot not the cup or my hair and he did not care. Let the coffee with the hair set on the table. After that- there was no way that we would staying here again. We went back to the front desk and then walked someone up with us so they could see how dirty it was and within 10 min of him leaving the room they let us cancel the second night and refund our money. We have been to India a few times to visit my husband’s parents and this is by far the dirtiest, and most expensive hotel that we have stayed at. I would not recommend this to anyone.
