Service: The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We had booked a twin room, but she proactively upgraded us to a family suite! The room was spacious and decorated with unique ethnic characteristics. Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, even including a medical oxygen concentrator! They also provide nasal cannulas. Everything you could possibly need is available. Environment: Excellent, and the soundproofing is good! There's also a Nepalese restaurant on the top floor of the hotel that many locals frequent, and hotel guests even get a discount! The hotel's location is also superb; it's only about a ten-minute walk to Jokhang Temple (at a leisurely pace, typical for Lhasa) and very close to the bus stop. There's also a delicious cold noodle shop right next to the hotel downstairs! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Lhasa!

The hotel was newly renovated. Manager Wangjiu was very welcoming and even upgraded our room. The room was spacious and quiet, with oxygen supply. We went to Sakya the next day because we had a good night's rest and it wasn't tiring. This was my first time staying at a Hilton hotel this year; I'd always stayed at other hotels, and it was quite good.

The room was spotless, and the view of the Potala Palace from here was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly situated right behind and to the right of the Potala Palace, making my windowsill my 'personal viewing platform': At midday, wisps of clouds drifted across its white walls and golden roofs, as if a breathing quilt was draped over the ancient palace; In the evening, the setting sun painted the Red Palace a honeyed hue, and as prayer flags fluttered in the wind, they seemed like countless hands applauding it; The moment the night lights came on, the entire palace suddenly 'came alive' – like an ancient ship moored in the darkness, carrying the stories of the Tubo Dynasty, slowly sailing towards the myriad lights of modern Lhasa. The complimentary biscuits were delicious, and the other snacks were great too! The butler and front desk service were warm and attentive. I arrived close to 2 PM, having not yet eaten, and the small eatery they recommended – the third shop after turning right from the hotel – was absolutely delightful.

It was great. A smiling ******* guy helped with the luggage and presented a white Hada. The front desk lady introduced it very carefully. I experienced the smart high-tech products in the room. The mobile phone opened the door and controlled the air conditioning, lights and curtains in the room. Even the toilet was smart and warmed up. The room was clean and hygienic, and the bedding was also high-end with high-end latex pillows. Oxygen supply and heating in the whole house are very necessary to relieve discomfort when just entering Tibet. The breakfast is also very rich, with freshly ground coffee, Nestle coffee, Qingchawan cheese milk tea, ******* sweet tea, butter tea, freshly squeezed mango juice, orange juice, and 8 or 9 kinds of fruits, as well as freshly cooked noodles, rice noodles, hot and sour noodles: Luohan bamboo shoots stewed with fresh ******* yak meat, fresh ******* chicken, and ginkgo chicken soup stewed with local wild angelica in Nyingchi are very delicious. The facilities and services are great 👍👍👍 I will come again next time

Let's start with the scenery. It's the epitome of ”open the window and see the view!” My room faced the mountains and countryside. In the morning, opening the curtains was a breathtaking spectacle. In the evening, I could see the sunset glow covering the sky. Every photo I took was a wallpaper-worthy one. Every day, just looking at the view from my room was soothing and relaxing. The unobstructed view surrounded me by the natural beauty, instantly soothing any travel fatigue. Even more crucial was the hotel's diffused oxygen system. Upon entering the room, I felt my breathing was noticeably smoother. I completely avoided the stuffy feeling I'd experienced on the plateau. I slept through the night and felt refreshed the next day exploring the attractions. Whether in the room, in the lobby, or in the restaurant, I could feel the consistent oxygen supply. My friend who was traveling with me had some altitude sickness, so the front desk offered a complimentary hour-long hyperbaric oxygen chamber experience, which significantly alleviated their symptoms. The hotel's service was also attentive. The front desk proactively reminded me how to use the oxygen switch, and the room even provided a humidifier for added comfort. Every detail was thoughtful. If you're traveling to the plateau and want a comfortable stay with stunning views, this hotel is definitely your top choice! The scenery heals the soul, the oxygen supply ensures health, and the cost-effectiveness is super high. I will definitely choose this place next time I come. I strongly recommend it to all friends who plan to travel to the plateau!

The service is the worst of all hotels where we have stayed worldwide. It is worse than even any 1-star rated hotel in China. Right from the entry, the check in is chaotic. No one attends to luggage. It takes 2 hours to do formalities and return passports. In Room dining, the order is a huge challenge. They take 2 hours to take order and deliver the food after 1 hour, when they serve only the food in a plate. No seperate dishes or any cutliaries (spoon or fork or chopsticks ... nothing provided). When you point these out, they say sorry and take another 1 hour to bring plates, chop sticks etc. BY now 5 hours passed and food is so cold and not eatable. This is a regular scenario ... repeated 3 times, I.e. everything we placed an order. It's a huge challenge. On amenities, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. If you just take a turn while sleeping, the other person is sure to wake up. They call king size bed .. it's two seperate beds kept side by side with cheap quality spring mattress. On breakfast, it's very limited and every day same menu. No varieties, the food taste is horrible as well. Extremely bad experience.for the price that is paid. The feeling has been a complete waste of money, sleepless nights, staying hugry and waiting for food post order for 5.hours every time we ordered room dining. The same situation in restaurent as well.

The hotel breakfast was exceptionally plentiful, featuring *******, Chinese, and Western options. There's also a cafe on the first floor that offers a wide variety of meals. A self-service laundry room is conveniently located on the 4th floor, equipped with detergent, hangers, and dryers – a real plus for travelers. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service, providing free drop-offs to city attractions such as Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street, and Norbulingka. Additionally, they offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off services for the train station and the airport bus station. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, attending to virtually all our requests. We are very grateful to everyone who assisted us during our stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Lhasa!

Our car is a bit big, so it feels that the path in and out is still slightly narrow. The road out and the one in is not the same. The one-way street comes in. The parking lot is out and the path is straight. It is also very narrow. There is a section, the slate on the ground is cracked, and you need to pay attention to driving.
