Excellent budget hotel in a great location to visit McArthur Glen retail park and also the surrounding countryside. We had the premium room which has excellent wifi and extras such as a Nespresso machine. There was a good choice of pillows from thick and fluffy to thinner and firmer. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was filling and well priced.

Confident, cheerful service from a well-run ship, staffed by older women. I actually went to the wrong Premier Inn, one junction further down the M4 but got similarly super greeting from the women running that one! Says it all really! And a superb breakfast as ALWAYS with Premier Inn - here they cook it to order so it's lovely and fresh.

When we arrived we had a warm welcome. Checking was quiet and easy. Room was clean was very impressed with the new prem rooms as this was my first time staying in 1. Breakfast in the morning was nice and plentiful. Good location rite off the m4 with loads off place to eat.

Fantastic Hotel, we stayed in the Novotel hotel Cardiff before coming down which is meant to be a 4 star, this premier Inn has to be 100% better nice friendly staff, rooms are very clean and tidy. and the breakfast is lovely. And close to the outlet centre and restaurants.

Friendly staff, confortable and clean rooms and a very comfy bed meant we had a very good nights sleep on a whistlestop trip to South Wales to meet friends. Great value for money and a good location just off the motorway. We'll be back!

Didn’t know the restaurant was closed when I booked. I have stayed here a few times now, visiting family but this time it was so noisy.

Room was good but the breakfast was great. Served perfectly by Linda and Trissy, it was busy but they were powerful and very welcoming. We both had continental and cooked, and yeah, there was a wait, it was busy, but it was a good time to chat and drink fresh coffee

Great weekend here at the Premier Inn The hotel was close to everything. Very clean, very tidy good standards staff for extremely nice a very pleasant day for the price. Bridgend had some beautiful Restaurants which we managed to try a few of them to shame the town centre is a bit rundown

An almost perfect one night stay. Easy check in, comfortable & clean room. Friendly staff. Could have done without the 00.15 smoke / fire alarm & the 45 minute wait in the car park, all because of someone smoking in their room. This is the second time this has happened at this hotel, albeit last time it was the Holiday Inn Express. All in all, a comfortable stay.
