Я был с семьей в этом отели с 21 июля по 1 августа 2022 года. Отель соответствует 5 звёздам. Пляж чистый , вход в море супер, лежаки есть в любое время . У бассейна тоже всегда есть лежаки. Еда супер: мясо в разнообразии, сладости много, овощи, фрукты, все в изобилии. Постоянно все добавляют. Со столов очень быстро уберают. Мы остались очень довольны. Рекомендую этот отель.Хотим поблагодарить персонал отеля за тёплый приём и гостеприимство: сотрудники в баре,в ресторане,Хасан бею спасибо за помощь и Алме GR.

Были в отеле уже второй раз с 23.12 по 2.01 Очень приятный отель для зимнего отдыха, есть релакс зоны, хорошее питание (были все виды мяса, разная рыба, красивые десерты,в целом, всегда находили что-то вкусное), очень большая набережная для прогулок в хорошую погоду Анимация для зимней концепции порадовала - каждый день дартс, вечерние шоу, музыка. Дважды в день в холле играет пианист (ему отдельный респект!). Сначала не понравился холодный крытый бассейн, но мы обратились на ресепшн с просьбой сделать воду теплее и проблема была быстро решена. Здорово, что сотрудники прислушиваются к мнению отдыхающих и всегда готовы помочь :) Как итог - хорошее соотношение цены и качества, отель на твёрдую 5

Требуется неутомительная прогулка, чтобы дойти до пляжа. Пляж идеальный, песочный, вход в море без камней. Лежаками не пользовались, но их достаточно. В номере хорошие кровати, матрасы средней жёсткости, удобные, бельё чистое, подушки низкие, по одной на человека и их пора заменить. Плохо, что нет штор, только тюль, в номерах с видом на бассейн очень светло ночью, холодильник шумит (выключили), что-то периодически шумит в трубах, в целом качество сна получается так себе, особенно, если учесть, что до 24.00 музыка. По питанию тут уже давали советы есть то, что готовили при тебе. Отличный совет, воспользовались. Мыть фрукты - опять спасибо за совет, актуально (см.фото)! В целом, еду оценю на 4, поесть всегда найдётся что, вполне приемлимый ассортимент, особенно за октябрьскую цену 🙂 Кофе, чай, мороженное и алкоголь неожиданно хороши 🤠 Сотрудники в целом вежливые, ничего плохого сказать не могу, как и хорошего, впрочем. Вобщем за такие деньги вполне приемлимый вариант. Если вы приехали за морем -ваш вариант, за сервисом... ну, вряд ли.

Отличный отель 👍 Есть конечно недочёты, но это для меня мелочи. Не знаю у кого там плохо работал Wi-Fi, у меня работал отлично в любом уголке, все три недели отдыха в отеле. Так же отлично на пляже. И даже метрах в ста от отеля. Ничем не пахло. Номер отличный, никакие соседи не мешали. Тишина. Сторона не солнечная, на дорогу. Большая лоджия, как бы отгорожена от соседних балконов. Мини бар пополнялся ежедневно. Воду можно взять в любом баре отеля и пляжа, либо в ресторане. Еда, напитки и алкоголь до 6 утра. Сейф бесплатный. Всё очень чисто: в номере, на пляже, у бассейна, в ресторане, в местах общего пользования. Пляж бесподобный, море чистое, тёплое, без плит и гальки, только песок. Снэк бар на пляже. Там же пекут гюзлеме. Пляж рядом, 10 мин пешком по ровному тротуару, либо шатл, который ходит чаще, чем в расписании, с раннего утра до вечера. У бассейна тоже всё отлично. Бар погружён наполовину в бассейн, очень удобно. Питание выше всех похвал. Очень разнообразное. Тематические ужины. Различные перекусы. Благодарность шеф повару🙌🙌🙌🙏, Лично контролировал все процессы не только в главном ресторане, но и в пляжном баре. Частенько готовил определённые блюда в зале, завораживая своим мастерством🔥Свежейшая выпечка. Мясо, рыбо готовились на гриле тут же на наших глазах. Роллы, салаты так же. И да, отдыхающие почти все немцы. Персонал говорит и понимает немецкий, английский гораздо хуже. Я бы, однозначно, вернулась в этот отель!

Just back from a lovely 6 nights away staying at the Glamour Hotel. We arrived late at the hotel in the early hours of the morning due to our flight being diverted but we were greeted at the hotel by smiling staff who were very polite and helpful. All of the hotel staff were friendly and polite but there are a few who stood out - the bar tender at the cocktail bar in the hotel lobby - Yunus, remembered us each time we visited the bar, remembered what we liked to drink and always made conversation with us. The man ( sorry I didn’t get his name) who worked in front of reception in a black uniform always had a cheery smile, twinkly eyes and a friendly hello and the male cleaner on the beach who worked very hard to keep the sun loungers, beach area and toilets tidy and very clean. There was an array of food to choose from on a daily basis and although the same things most breakfast and lunchtime there were different foods for the evening meal and always a huge selection of desserts. You could choose to eat meals inside or outside and at the beach bar up to 4 pm or at the main restaurant. It was good to see that masks were worn when moving about inside the restaurant and the use of plastic gloves while using the serving spoons was a great idea. The a la carts restaurant wasn’t open during our stay. The bedrooms were a good size, comfortable and cleaned everyday. The bathrooms provided toiletries and had a large walk in shower but no bath. The whole of the hotel was very clean, tidy and well maintained and had a feeling of spaciousness with different areas to sit or sunbathe - on the lobby terrace- lovely for drinks in the evening, by the pool, in the gardens or down on the beach. At the beach there were plenty of sun loungers, the beach was Sandy and clean and the sea was very clear. As it was the end of the season it was very quiet with many of the hotels closing down or already closed along the beachfront. We had a Turkish bath and massage which was lovely at the hotels spa, and there was evening entertainment at 9pm for those who wanted to go. We were the only English couple in the hotel but this was fine as there was always a member of staff somewhere who could understand us and help us if needed. For the price we paid this was an excellent hotel, the only improvement would be designated areas for those who smoked during meals, on the beach and on the lobby terrace.

PROS: - The resort is beautiful, it has pools, beach, gardens, a small place with animals and birds- nice for walks. - Cleanliness: the room was well cleaned daily, the beach and other public areas were clean too. - Staff is very friendly. CONS: - We booked a double room and we received a twin room, so we had to put the beds together. - The staff’s english is very poor overall, but most of them seem to speak well german and/ or russian. - They don’t try to create at least a bit of a turkish experience. It is very standardised for occidental tourists. - The food is low quality, some food does not seem fresh. The 3 of us (my 1 year old daughter, my husband and I) got stomach problems, half of the holiday was compromised because we were sick. - The food does not taste great either. It is plain, some foods are covered in souce and they all taste the same. - The a la carte italian restaurants serves a terrible soup and 3 types of meat- clearly low quality, cold and it tasted like it was reheated in the microwave. The only italian thing about the restaurant are the so called “snacks”- mini portions of pizza, lasagna… but they don’t taste good either. - The a la carte doner restaurant is not great either. - They don’t have food appropriate for young children. The kids buffet does not always have food and when it does it is 3 courses of the normal food, plus cakes… not at all healthy for babies who are just starting to eat solids. - Drinks are also bad and taste like cheap soda. My recommendatione for the hotel management would be to invest more in the quality of the products, try to reduce food waste, try to create more of a turkish atmosphere (if I wanted to listen to german music, I would have gone to a holiday in Germany). I don’t recommend this hotel beacause of the bad experience regarding the food.
