The hotel was clean, but needed some TLC . The indoor swimming pool in particular was very run down and grimy, with the last pool temperature being recorded was April 2022. It was difficult to communicate with the staff as theirunderstanding of the English language was very limited. There was only 1 member of staff, a customer relations lady who spoke and understood reasonably good English. The hotel was very much geared towards German guests. The food was mediocre and very often below acceptable temperature and unfortunately myself and my adult son got food poisoning although when reported it was dismissed by reception saying no other cases were reported. Found the bar staff initially friendly but certainly didn't know how to serve a decent wine or mix a cocktail!

Can't fault the hotel. Room was pleasant with comfortable beds. Maid service every day. Fridge stocked with free soft drinks. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. So much food! So many different options daily. Fantastic!. Nice pool area and beach. My only criticism was that the Indoor pool was a little disappointing, smelled of damp and wasn't very warm. Spa rooms were lovely and would recommend having a massage, felt wonderful afterwards. Had my hair cut, coloured and dried at the hotel hairdressers, highly recommend them. Very friendly and helpful, wish I could take the hairdresser home with me. Also had my eyebrows done, very, very pleased with them, although a little painful. We booked 2 trips. First to the market, followed by a boat trip with lunch. It was ok but nothing special. The second trip was the 4 in 1 combo. What an amazing day out, so much fun. Zip line, off road buggy riding across country. Very wet and muddy, such a laugh. Followed by riding off road in the monster truck, hilarious. Then trip into the mountains sightseeing and lunch afterwards. Highly recommend this trip. Brilliant day out. It's a lovely place to relax, unwind and treat yourself with pampering.

Really nice hotel and helpful staff. There was a really good range of food - particularly for the price we paid! - and we liked the layout and location too. We booked a couple of trips which were easy to access and the coach stopped outside the hotel which was great. Literally across from the seafront so we could get to the beach with a 30 second walk or stay within the resort. Lots of cats - not strays but seen as 'community' cats so they're fed by the hotels and local people. Cats are very friendly but the staff will shoo them away if you aren't keen!

This hotel is only set up for the Germans. The first week we arrived the was ony four English including me and my partner. Most of the staff were rude.The food was ok.The same entertainment over 2 weeks. The food was either in sauces or I in casseroles or marinated in soya sause. We're black and tough This hotel is not catered for food for children. The beach was lovely.The staff in the pool bar in the evening were very good. The woman bar staff were rude unless you kept on tipping them.The staff in the restaurant were rude and also on reception. The only one on reception who was not rude was the manager.

Hi, I’m from Northern Ireland and stayed here with my wife and son and my son’s girlfriend in February 2024. I was sceptical having read reviews but was well impressed with the resort. Yes it was out of season and things were quiet but the negative reviews are not warranted. There are a lot of older aged German and Russian patrons but that is understandable as this time of the year is their holiday time and if you want you will be accepted anywhere. Food is excellent-yes maybe repetitive but thats all inclusive no matter where you go. Staff are good - location excellent facilities are exceptionally clean (and I mean I like cleanliness) all in all forget the doubters and stay here.

Just come back from a 2 week holiday with this hotel, the food is nice with lots of variety and theme nights. The staff are all friendly. I will say that they seem to prioritize Germans, however they are all still friendly. The rooms are cleaned to a great standard, with a FREE mini-bar upstairs that comes with Coca-Cola, fanta, water and juice cartons. And the beds and pillows are very comfy. The beach is cleaned daily with its own beach bar and food available it's a nice place to relax. There are cats everywhere but that is common in all surrounding areas in turkey and most are very friendly. Kids club was on, and run by a very nice woman who is great with children of all ages. The entertainment/animation is good with volleyball on the beach and darts in the amphitheatre during the day. Mini-disco everynight. We went out of season and entertainment was still on, just not on sundays. Not sure if its like that in season. The animation staff are really friendly. Now the negatives. People seem to smoke EVERYWHERE. Next to the kids pool, in the outdoor eating area which is next to the indoor eating area with open windows so don't sit next to the windows if you want to enjoy your meal. The spa staff are everywhere trying to sell you stuff, on the beach, next to the pool/bar, in the hotel, even when I went on a walk outside the hotel one was there. They will wake you up if your sunbathing and they will get you just as you come out of the beach toilets trying to sell you stuff. Which I think really ruins what is supposed to be a relaxing holiday with someone who bothers you almost everyday. They also take quite a while to go away once you've told them no. I upgraded to a family room, however it had no bath which made it harder as I have a 1 year old.
