Perfect clean hotel with good breafast , nearby train station

The location is excellent and the bed is also very comfortable.

You get what you paid for. That’s it! But the reception staff at night (the elder one) was really welcoming and helping. He made our stay better than expected.

Clean and nice sttaf

The location is perfect! We came by train from The Netherlands and it took us just 5 min by walking to go to the hotel. In our case we wanted to go everywhere by walking ,so to go to the cathedral was around 10 min and to go the chocolate museum was 35 min. About the room... is a 4 hotel stars so we expected something better honestly. We were in room 111 and i would say that the decoration is quite old fashion, the carpet was full of stains , quantity of amenities was really poor, the smell of the room was like housekeeping service didn't refresh for several days (humidity) ....Lack of attention to details unfortunately. The staff was so kind and friendly, they provided us useful information about the city and sourrandings, from this side everything was perfect. The lady who was at the evening (7pm more or less) on the front desk ,she.offered us a cup of coffee, so was really nice from her side. What i would say is if you want to stay there 1 or 2 nights is ok, but if you want to spend more days there in this type of room is better to book in other hotel, the rooms are not the same what you see on pictures and then the reality.

Nice location which is near cologne main station. Easy to access several restaurant and super markets. Reception is great and nice breakfast for a few bucks. Enjoy staying there.
