Terrible experience at this hotel. No hot water on the first morning, took cold showers. Asked at the desk about it on our way out, and the desk agent pretended not to know anything about it, but that he would check and follow up with us. Returned that night, no follow up, so assumed all was fixed. 2nd morning, still no hot water. Enquired at the desk again, this time they acknowledged that the whole building had no hot water for the 2nd day. Desk agent promised follow up again, that management was discussing compensation. Pointed out that no one followed up yesterday, but was assured that he would. Returned that evening to no follow up from anyone again. At check out, asked what the resolution would be, agent didn't know we had any problem. When asked about the lack of hot water for 2 full days, the agent said we should have spoken to them at the time!!! I explained that we had, but he again could do nothing and promised a follow up by email from the hotel manager. Needless to say, that follow up never came again! I emailed their head office about what was going on with the problems at the hotel, and the complete failure of customer service. They replied to me that they were pleased there was a "quick solution" of the problem!!! They didn't feel that there was any call for compensation for either the lack of hot water, or the hotels response!! They begrudgingly offered a €20 voucher toward a future stay! Lol. They clearly need that €20 more than me, they can keep it!! Find a different hotel to stay, the B&B clearly feels that the new Customer Service is No Service.
