The location is very good

The hotel is clean and the location is just 3-minute walk to the train station. The check-in process is smooth. Nice staff.

Leider habe ich meine Reise storniert und das Personal war nicht ok

Das Hotel ist nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt, was perfekt für meinen Ausflug. Kostenfreies WLAN. 24h Service am Tresen unten. Freundliches Personal. Betten waren sauber. Als billige Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten gerne wieder, viel Zeit würde ich jetzt nicht gerne im Hotelzimmer verbringen, aber ich denke dafür nutzt man es auch nicht.

Das Zimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Aber die Hotel Zimmer werden im Moment renoviert. Beim Wasserhahn verbrennt man sich schnell. Es war sauber.

洗浴全是頭髮不打掃

This is a well placed hotel a stones throw away from the Cathedral. We stayed for two nights to visit the markets and it was great to use as a base. The room was quite clean and tidy and the staff were excellent, due to an early flight we got the a few hours before check in but as our room was ready we were checked straight in with no issues. The bed was comfortable enough but the spare blankets in the cupboard were a bit dirty and we didn't end up using them even though it was a bit cold.

Wifi was Horrible! Very frustrating situation! I had to use off my phone data instead. Even then signal wasn't the best. Therefore was not able to complete what I needed to work on. But it should be an easy enough fix for the hotel if they choose to fix it! Otherwise, carpets really need cleaning. BUT great for the central location near Central Station / Kölner Dom/ Catherdal.

Literally just a few hundred meters away from the Cologne Cathedral. Excellent location for walking around the city. Liquor store right next door for convenient snack & water stops.

This hotel needs remodeling top to bottom … no AC, everything falling apart

It was a bolder hotel. Weird smell and feel small. But it was in a great area. It was a place to sleep and that’s all I did there.

Tho I booked the room just a week before, the price was very low and convincing. Bed, Bath and room were clean but simple. The Lady at the reception was amzingly friendly and talkactive. The Hotel is just two minutes from the mainstation of cologne. Internet could be faster, but works well.

In general the property is run down. The shower head would not stay up and needed to be held in place with one hand. The sink was badly worn down and needed to be replaced. A group of creepy men were constantly standing outside and staring at the women in a gross way. A group of similar men stayed outside the hotel playing music and talking very loudly until 3AM. To be fair the sheets were were clean and the bed comfortable. The location is excellent. A few steps away from the Domer and Hohe st.
