Maybe I did it wrong, but that was the only downside."

The bathroom is unfortunately very small and could be larger, you could hardly move. Highly recommended for a weekend trip. Location is very central. The train station can also be reached on foot in just under half an hour. Otherwise, the next subway station is not far either."

The staff is wonderful; one of the receptionists spoke Russian at check-out, which was unexpected and very nice. You can leave your suitcases when you check out. Excellent breakfasts. The bed is good. On the minus side, some things were a bit dirty, like the carpet, the bathtub, and the kettle inside."

It is strongly recommended that the relevant platforms remove it from the shelves to prevent more travelers from being harmed! **Subject: Strongly Advise Against Staying at This Hotel - Critical Issues Reported** I must urgently warn all travelers to **avoid this hotel at all costs**. During my stay, I encountered the following unacceptable problems: 1. Extremely Poor Hygiene The bedsheets and pillows were covered with unidentified human hair, indicating a complete lack of basic cleaning standards. 2. **Appalling Service Attitude** When reporting the issues to the front desk, the staff dismissively responded with "OK" without apology or corrective action. 3. Multiple Functional Failures - Inconvenient location with poor transportation access - **Wi-Fi connection completely failed on the second day**, severely disrupting work and travel plans - Room facing a noisy main street with **garbage truck operations starting at 5:00 AM**, producing unbearable noise and foul odors As a hotel in Germany’s renowned tourist city, its substandard quality is utterly negligent. I strongly urge relevant booking platforms to **immediately remove this property** to prevent further harm to travelers!"

"It's located across from Cologne Cathedral, and looks spectacular lit up at night. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I was happy to have free water in the room, but perhaps because Germany is an environmentally advanced country, it was bottled water rather than plastic bottles. It's inconvenient to carry around, but it was enough for making tea in the room. If I had to say something negative, it would be that you have to cross a bridge to get to Cologne Cathedral and the station, but you have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the hotel entrance. It was a bit inconvenient to go up and down with a suitcase."
