Basic room but we’ll located in the centre of cologne, only a couple of minutes from the Dom

房間比較小，床差不多是0.9米寬，不配備牙刷牙膏和拖鞋。 規定下午15:00開始辦理入住，上午10:00前退房，門卡直接放入前台的箱子就可以。行李可以免費寄存。上樓有電梯可用。 我的房間毛巾浴巾還沒有整理完。 清晰聽見教堂的鐘聲。

飯店不大，但地理位置很方便 附近也有餐廳和小商店 如有再來科隆 可以考慮這間飯店 但行李要帶少一點就是了 以上

宿泊費と同等のアメニティとサービス。 しかし アクセス最高 部屋の窓からケルン大聖堂が観えます。 素晴らしく感動しました。 お勧めです。

Also wenn das a&o hostel das Dom Hostel als Standard hat,dann war das mein letzter Aufenthalt. Dusche kein Druck um zu duschen. Bett steht gefühlt mitten im Raum ohne eine Kopfstütze, so das das kissen immer wieder auf dem Boden landet. weniger Zimmer und mehr Badezimmer ist ratsam. was bringt mir ein „großes“ zimmer wenn das Badezimmer für Zwerge gemacht ist. auch wenn die Lage zu meinem Arbeitsplatz in den letzten 2 Tagen gut war wird kein a&o hostel mehr gebucht. zumal ich nen Einzelzimmer für echt Patte gebucht habe. kriege ich nen „Hotelzimmer mit Doppelbett“ für. wird auch das nächste mal gemacht.

The room is very dirty Dried blood on the floor which rubbed off when you touch it with my boot. Someones long hair all over the floor. Housekeeping did come and clean floor and all the black hair which was all over the floor. I have brown blond so not mine. The toilet is very dirty he didn't clean that The shower door is all mould and doesn't work properly as broken on the fixtures. The towel had brown stain which could have been blood or faecal matter. He removed this.selling dirty rooms at a premium you offered a room change but toilet and shower were exactly the same standard. Was in 105 alone then moved to 405 with my friend and the curtain was half hanging off the rail. Mould on the ceiling. Leaking wash sink. We were there for seimnar fot the week so could not find some where else due to everywhere occupied as 13,000 people attended the event. Avoid like the plague. Sent with the complaint viq email as the link they send for feedback the page defaults. No reply i have sent 2 emails still no reply.

very cold room, the radiator didn't work properly: I had to ask for a space heater and a 2nd duvet for the night the bed is extremely narrow and the mattress not very comfortable in the bathroom, the toilet flush leaked constantly, and the underside of the toilet seat had not been cleaned the shower went from very cold to hot every minute in short I had a bad stay, for this price I would have done better to go to a more traditional hotel rather than try a&o

Dear SirI would like to thank you for the host. However the following are missing for those visiting for business. A place to keep the cloths and also a chair and small fold-able table to use the laptop.

This hotel was a great option as it was really near from station and cathedral. Xezal welcomed us at the entrance and she was very helpful and nice, will definately recommend this place.

WOW!! I mean if I had been reviewing this on what i paid - €350 per night, it would be getting minus 5 stars but I am reviewing it based on say an average €70 per night room rate. First of all the positives. The location is great, very central and noise levels are actually very low around there considering. The rooms seemed fairly clean and the bed was quite comfortable (if not a little basic). So now we get to the negatives. We arrived (having booked twin beds) and given room 402 which after walking 4 floors we found out was one double bed (no room around the bed to walk, literally the room was the size of the bed). We went back downstairs and after about 5 minutes we were given 408. So back upstairs we went but even worse this time the room was actually occupied (no people but a lovely laptop and phone if we had been that way inclined). So back we went again and this time given room 203 which again was two twin beds basically crammed together like a double with no room to walk around the outside. I have no idea what the room pictured is of but it certainly isn't the rooms we saw at this hotel. I would say the actual rooms are like prison cells but they are a lot smaller than prison cells. I mean it is basically a bed and nothing else. Michael at front desk looked like he had been left on his own to manage the whole operation and couldn't look more disinterested if he tried, but he did at least find our booking and do what was needed. Was this the worst hotel experience ever, well for the price it was most definitely the worst. Out of the probably 2000+ hotels I have visited this is safely in the bottom 10. I mean it offered a bed and it was clean and it was well located, so if it was a lot cheaper and I was just looking for a bed and nothing else then it does the job. I think the biggest joke are the pictures of bedrooms that I don't think even exist at this hostel, they look like a palace compared to the holes we had access to.

Brilliant location just a very short walk from the cathedral. The room was small, clean, but small!. I am well upholstered and had to squeeze around the metal bed frame and found the shower barely accessible. It is clean and functional but small
