Ulasan Ombak Sunset

I booked 2 rooms here for 3 nights, I thought I was booking Ombak Villas which is their sister hotel as the pics look the same.  It’s obviously a mistake a lot of people make as when you book in they have a little map which shows both hotels that they point at.  I asked could  I have a refund for the room or partial refund and they declined resulting in me paying twice.  It’s of course my own fault , but it’s out of season and the resort  is quiet so I think a little  more flexibility from the hotel chain could have been much better.

Nice service, but some entertainment you have to pay for it like a tennis course and pedal !!

Very nice resort and breakfast

One of the best hotels we have been to. Very friendly and helpful staff. The swimming pool is huge. The area is very nice and cozy.We would definitely stay there again.

Ombak Sunset Lombok is a great choice if you’re looking for peace and quiet, with exceptionally friendly staff who ensure rooms are kept very clean. The spacious rooms and large swimming pool add to the relaxing experience. However, to reach the town center, a bicycle or electric scooter is recommended. Overall, a lovely retreat for a restful stay!

I want to revisit it again. It's big, it's old, but the facilities are well maintained. The breakfast is delicious, and it's a great resort to relax and watch the sunset.

I will never ever visit the Gili Islands if I don't have a confirmed reservation at Hotel Ombak Sunset !! Stunning and the most beautifil hotel I've stayed at in Years !!! Thank you for everything OMBAK SUNSET !!!!

A hotel is very nice and staff are very friendly, breakfast was good too. Location is good if you want to see sunset , little bit far from central and to harbour with horse coast Rp:150.000. Overall we are happy stayed there.

Nice hotel with sunset view. Bathroom with semi open concept very nice. Big room with balcony. Breakfast ok.

Terrible service. Staff were not friendly or helpful. The most I paid my whole trip and by far the worst service. Only 1 key, waited 45 minutes to be let into the room as my friend had the key and had gone out. Door didn't lock or even close from the inside without key so room filled with mosquitoes. Insisted I return the bike on check out despite having paid till the evening for it. Claimed there were no more bikes despite having many. All round poor service, especially considering the price.

Great pool, friendly staff. I had a very relaxing time there.

Pros- Location, Property, Room Size, Beach at the front (Sunset view) Cons- cold staff, rooms are old and the condition of the furniture is not maintained Suggestion- Please keep this as the last option and check other options near this property.
